Decent food but smaller portions than I remember. Maybe due to the west Asian war. Drinks have been watered down. Quality has gone down, costs gone up.

First of all - we are regulars here and have “favourites” and we literally order those the moment we sit down, before the menu can even be brought to us. However, sadly they have discontinued the stone bowls. One of the 2 reasons we used to keep coming here. The other one - turnip cakes. Which weren’t available today. The second disappointment was the fact that the staff today were dismissive. The taste of the rice (spicy dragon rice - was basically rice and veggies tossed in the crispy chilli oil with no flavour). Also, we found that genuine concern for repeat customers was missing. When someone has expressed disappointment in the missing favourites, in the service industry you automatically expect the staff to be able to assist with alternatives with similar flavours/textures among the options they do have available to ensure that even in disappointment customers return just because of the service rendered. Instead, they walked away. The restaurant at the time had only 3 tables occupied. Eventually another staff member took over around 15 minutes later.

Smaller portions. Sushi not eating the correct rice, less meat. Noodles using lesser chicken. Drinks feel watered down. Been visiting Mainland brand for 12 years and feel it’s going downhill.

The food was really below average Maybe because we went during closing time but we had no idea it was closing time. I think the restaurant should just inform that they’re closing, we wouldn’t mind that.

vegetarian please don't go here the kitchen is also not separate also the utensils the use same for veg and non veg
