We went for dinner with a group of five to celebrate a birthday, and as always, the food was absolutely amazing. Everything we ordered was delicious and we genuinely enjoyed it. Unfortunately, the service this time was extremely disappointing. Our server Ripu, was rude and showed very little basic courtesy or etiquette towards us. He constantly made faces, gave us weird looks while taking our orders and seemed irritated throughout the evening. It was honestly annoying and completely spoiled the mood. The most ridiculous part was when we were ordering our main course and he said, “There’s already so much on the table, ordering more won’t leave any space.” Seriously? Who is the server to decide whether we should order more food? If there was a genuine concern about table space, it could have been communicated politely and professionally. And then, towards the end of the dinner when he knew it was time for the review, his attitude suddenly changed. He came over asking us to give him a good rating and stood right beside us while we were doing it. This felt extremely uncomfortable and completely inappropriate. Thankfully, Khushi, the other server, was the complete opposite-welcoming, sweet, polite and genuinely pleasant. She made an effort to make us feel comfortable and honestly saved the evening for us. A serious request to the management: please do not overlook this kind of behaviour. Staff are the face of your restaurant, and no matter how good the food is, customers should never feel disrespected, judged or pressured into giving a positive review. Please review what happened, speak to the concerned staff member and ensure that basic customer service etiquette and professionalism are reinforced across the team. We have always enjoyed the food here, which is why this experience was particularly disappointing. Good food brings customers in but good hospitality is what makes them come back. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that other customers do not have a similar experience. Khushi however, deserves genuine appreciation for being warm and courteous throughout.

The food was amazing. But we ordered two diet cokes. And the price of it was not mentioned in the menu card. However they still had it. And they charged 490₹ for two diet cokes which is insane. Idk how is it even allowed. But yeah, not going back only for that very reason.

served seafood in a soup, that I had ordered..and I am a vegetarian! barely an apology.. and the rest of the food was very average.

overpriced for the quantity they serve. 600+ of 4 small dumplings is way too much. if you are charging like fine dine, the quality should also be of fine dine level...way too much oil and taste just like local restaurant chinese. absolutely disappointed and totally waste of money. we paid 1300+ of just two dish and look at the photo for the quantity

One of the dishes we ordered was Prawn fried rice. It was not appealing in the menu card. But when we asked, the waiter told us that it will be available. But we were served Veg fried rice with 5 pieces of boiled prawns sprinkled on it. It was a total let down.

We had ordered a take home , and the chicken in chilli sauce from the wok main course literally has fried cornflour with a tiny bit of chicken . It literally felt like eating fried flour. Not expected this from a brand like this. Quite disappointing!
