Loved the ambiance! So peaceful, genuinely makes you feel like you have stepped out of your home to another equally comforting zone. Relished the avocado on toast and chocolate milkshake while I sat here reading my book and occasionally listening to the beautiful live sax being played during Christmas time. Taj surely knows how to keep up its standards.

A truly Grand experience. Place lives up to its name as the atrium perfectly sums up the opulence of the property. Had one of the best coffee experiences (Ethiopian blend). Muffuletta sandwich was pretty good too. Definitely a 5 star experience.

One of the best places in mumbai....ambience is superb. It's a peaceful place with comfortable seating. Food is good. You can just eat and relax here. Best !!!

During our stay at Taj Lands End, we tried their masala tea with cookies and ordered a chocolate truffle cake to celebrate my in-laws' birthday. The cake was decadent and irresistible. We all relished it. I had also ordered a hot chocolate during breakfast and although it was creamy and thick, I found it too sweet for my taste.

Service was not good people were not attentive.. food was average and the place is a bit clutter.. much better expectation from a Taj hotel

Throughly disappointed with such poorly organised staff and such poor taste. Had ordered two non-alcoholic cocktails and too my dismay I received the cocktail with rotten mint leaves in it. When I addressed the issue no one was bothered to come and listen. The manager was so busy that I waited for 15-20 mins and finally decided to leave. Absolutely sadening experience as I expected far better treatment from a place like TAJ.

Not busy at all, but had to ask to be seated, waited 20 minutes for someone to take our order, waited another 20 minutes for a juice and chai. Both were extremely watery, no flavour. Barely acknowledged by staff. Very unpleasant experience after exceptional previous experiences at other Taj properties.

We had order one large beer, to be divided into 3 glasses the glass was. I was given an empty glass, do you expect me to pour beer from on glass to another on my table?? This kind of service is not at all expected from Taj.

We waited for about 25 mins for cappuccino to arrive and definitely not worth the wait. I would have made cappuccino faster and tasty.
