Ram and Summit were exceptionally good. They were polite, helpful and extremely professional. Food was good and vibes were extra-ordinary. The sufi music, waves music and garden with fairy lights. Highly Recommend this place

Very bad service. On 14.02.206 after reserving table no table was available. Manager Abhijeet landed after 30 min. No staff for serving. After requesting 3 Stewart’s last I got menu to decide food. Quality was bad. All foods kept open. Manager was not available for any complain. I spoke to lady who came with bill. She said we have very less staff hence problem. Anyhow I contacted Manager Abhijeet and complain him. He simply with smiling face said sorry. Seems he is used to say to everyone everyday Very bad experience. Completely spoil my valantine dinner and money as well.

Right from the wait for valet the experience was pathetic. Tonight dinner at Novotel Bageecha was a ln eternal wait for everything and what came on the table was also not worth the wait! Wake up Novotel

Till 30 minutes nobody came to ask for water also. No one attended we had to call them to give basic things. I don't recommend vegetarian and non alcoholic people to go.

Two different loud music playing at the same spot, the food quality + the taste worse than my UG’s mess food. The service was decent tho !
