Excellent cafe ❤️ This place has amazing varieties of beverages and snacks, they have pocket friendly meals with no compromise towards their quality. We’d ordered peach ice tea cheese shots loaded fries virgin mojito cold coffee with ice cream elaichi kulhad, the food and the beverages were exceptionally delicious that we re ordered few snacks the food was served fresh to us in no time,their service was super quick and the management is very friendly will definitely visit the place again ❤️👍🏻

Excellent Place to eat and spend time with friends and family!!! Not a single food item is above 150₹ thats the USP…!!! Taste is also amazing!

First I ordered Kesar Tea which was the best 👌 Then had Open Cheeze Garlic Toast Sandwich which was fully covered with cheeze on the top and was crispest at the bottom. It had veggies in the center which tasted good 👍 Then had Golden Corn Kulhad Pizza. This was something new I tried and tbh I did not enjoy it. It just looked delicious but it did not taste well. Since I could not waste food I had to finish it, but I was really bored 😕 My ratings:- Kesar Tea - 4/5 Open Cheeze Garlic Toast Sandwich- 4/5 Golden Corn Kulhad Pizza - 1/5

I recently visited Baithak cafe in gorai and my experience was far from satisfactory. The unprofessional behavior of the staff left a lot to be desired. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that customer service was not a priority for them. Firstly, the staff members who took my order seemed disinterested and were noticeably lacking in basic courtesy. Their cold and indifferent attitude made me feel unwelcome. It would have been preferable if they had greeted customers with a smile and displayed a more positive demeanor. Furthermore, their unprofessional behavior continued throughout my visit. Not only did they fail to address any concerns or inquiries with a satisfactory response, but they also seemed to be preoccupied with their own conversations and personal matters, completely ignoring the needs of the customers. The lack of professionalism displayed by the staff reflects directly on the management of the cafe. It is evident that there is a severe lack of training and supervision in place, as these behaviors are unacceptable in any customer-oriented establishment. It is my hope that the cafe's owner takes these concerns seriously and implements appropriate measures to address the issues at hand. Customers expect to be treated with respect and courtesy when visiting an establishment, and unfortunately, this was lacking at baithak the taste of kulad gorai I will not be returning to this cafe and cannot recommend it to others until significant improvements are made in the professionalism and customer service provided by the staff.

Bad Maggie. I told masala Maggie with soupy texture. But they thought its sukhi Maggie. After getting it, its same as simple Maggie and not at all masala Maggie. When we complaint about it they simply add water n gave it to us as soupy Maggie. After again complaining they gave us new Maggie with so much spice. Ordered black tea and they gave us water with color of pee. We simply return it. They gave us refund of it but this is time gave us 10rs of tampered note. Best place to ruine your mood and Waste of money on food.

Today we order two cup of tea. but since last 25 mins there was no tea served on table. Payment was done during giving the order. very unfriendly staff. we requested them to look for the order but there was no response at all. at the end we just stood up and went back home without having anything. worst service

Literally the worst! Don't order for a coffee or a freakshake. They are only and only good for chai and nothing else. Literally the worst!!!!

very bad pasta...it wasn't cooked properly also service is poor... kandiwali or malad brach is much better...
