Had 4-5 different dishes. The food was very delicious and of very good quality. The quantity was sufficient and perfect. Will visit again.

Don't visit this outlet of Banana Leaf. These are the least bothered people. While ordering Thuppa Masala Dosa, which is Karnataka Style Dosa, they served Regular Masala Dosa when asked the difference they simply said it is made with Ghee. and trust me while we ate, we literally felt no difference. it was just a masala dosa. The first order came at the last when asked 4-5 times, Benne Sada Dosa. they served Benne Masala Dosa when we said that we had ordered Benne Sada Dosa, they asked Masala nai chahiye? we returned the order and they just removed the masala from dosa and served us the same benne Dosa which was cooled by the time. while addressing this issue to the manager he did not even bother to say sorry and just left the table. They are not attentive, internally arguing with each other, unable to manage the crowd. just spoiling the brand image.

half of the menu was not available. staff was less. served water after 15 min and asking 3 times, as per staff the glasses were not washed. spoons were dirty. ordered taker was slow. Will never come back. served hot chocolate shake. everything that was supposed to be wrong went wrong.

A more traditional authentic food was expected. Avoid seating under the AC INDOOR UNITS, condensation was an unfortunate issue.
