Had a wonderful dining experience at Banaraas Modern Indian Twist. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented, offering a perfect blend of traditional Indian flavors with a modern touch. We especially loved the Muradabadi Dal, Banarasi Dum Aloo, Chit-Chit Naan, and Paneer Tikka. The chicken dishes we tried were equally flavorful, cooked to perfection, and packed with authentic taste. A special mention to Nivrutti Rahatwal, whose culinary expertise truly elevated our experience. Every dish reflected great attention to detail and exceptional flavors. The service was outstanding as well. Ashish Singh and Shubham were extremely courteous, attentive, and ensured we had a memorable dining experience from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy delicious food, warm hospitality, and a unique modern take on Indian cuisine. Looking forward to visiting again! 😊🍽️

The ambiance here strikes a perfect balance between elegance and warmth, setting the stage for a truly remarkable meal. A standout is the Mutton Galouti Kebab—a masterclass in texture that literally dissolves on the palate, staying true to its 'melt-in-the-mouth' heritage. The Awadhi Biryani is equally stellar, showcasing the finesse of traditional dum pukht cooking with its aromatic, long-grain rice and tender meat. A heartfelt thank you to Chef Nivrutti,(HE IS WHAT MAKES THE RATING 5 STARS), His exceptional skill in balancing spices and intuitive understanding of his guests' palates truly sets this experience apart. Both dishes are a testament to a combination of authentic flavors and zing he adds to a dish. kudos to him and the team!

Worst service and shouldn’t consider the place for any kind of celebration. They do not even have a normal spoon. No option for kids and they have very limited dishes in menu that too not available. Overall its pathetic experience . They are ruining the name of banarass
