food was nice. drinks were a bit too expensive for 30ml. and soooooooooooo many underaged kids!!!!!!! me and my friend thought "what the heck is going on?!" 😂😂 they were neither getting a table nor ordering drinks. just a whole population of kids just hovering around. never seen this phenomenon in Mumbai before.

Mr Romi Singh the manager was so disrespectful towards customer I hate being at bar bank I have been there once but this time they crossed the limit . I had a very disappointing experience at Bar Bank, not because of the food alone, but because of how the manager handled a genuine customer concern. I ordered the prawns, and after finishing them, I ate the capsicum left on the plate. It was clearly stale and almost rotten. I politely informed the staff, expecting them to simply acknowledge the issue and ensure it didn’t happen again. I never asked for a refund or a replacement. Instead, the manager was extremely rude and dismissive. He outright implied that I was lying about the food quality and insisted there was nothing wrong with the capsicum. Rather than apologizing, he kept saying he would replace only the capsicum, even though I had never requested any compensation. What bothered me the most was his attitude—he refused to listen, showed no empathy, and was unwilling to accept even the possibility that something had gone wrong in the kitchen. When I requested that he speak to customers more respectfully, he became even more adamant instead of trying to resolve the situation professionally. Mistakes can happen in any restaurant, and customers are generally understanding when staff handle them with honesty and courtesy. However, being accused of lying and treated disrespectfully is unacceptable. The manager’s behavior completely ruined the experience and reflects poorly on the establishment. I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously, because the biggest issue wasn’t the spoiled food—it was the manager’s lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service. I need full accountability of this situation and a written apology from the manager

Worst place ever. The Managers need serious lessons in Customer Service, they are rude and arrogant. They carry out all sorts of unethical practices here- serving 15-16 year olds alcohol, after arbitrarily charging 1-2k as entry charge on a weekday. The food is terrible, literally caused food poisoning. Rats run across the ground and mosquitoes swarm the place. The bathroom is filthy and stinky, the place has no sense of hygiene. The service is extremely poor and then they will force you to pay service charge. You cannot even carry your own water bottle there because all they care about is making dirty money. The managers act like gundas rather than hospitality staff. Definitely go here if you want to ruin your night and fall sick!

Visited this place last night and it was pathetic experience. They charged us 3000 cover for couple and dint give us a table while there werr more than 7 tables empty. The managers and people there are so rude and dont bother or have any empathy. They only kept saying that all tables are prebooked whereas they wrre simple lying. Plus everything is OVERPRICED here. PLEASE DONT VISIT THIS PLACE AS THEY ARE ARROGANT AND ONLY WANT MONEY. Posting pictures of empty tables for reference

on this Saturday i asked a staff for Chitra Ma'am! he said that she has been laid off. Please we Request to bar bank management we Want her back. She is very good in service and also she is very polite.

The staff is really very rude. Don’t know for what they are showing this attitude. Waited 45 minutes for our order when all it had was noodles and fries. The staff treats u as if we are eating for free
