the food was not of good quality and on the Dining table I find a cockroach passing in middle of the plates. After that moment my family left the table and did not complete the meal. It was a waste of money and very bad experience.

Horrible experience at Barbeque Nation. It is nothing like the Barbeque Nation we remember. Firstly, the staff seemed extremely undertrained, and the overall service was disappointing. The food was honestly horrendous. Many dishes were overly salty, tasted stale, and lacked freshness. Even the famous Cajun-spiced potatoes, which used to be one of the highlights, were nowhere close to what they once were. What was particularly concerning was the buffet setup. The veg and non-veg rice sections were placed together, and guests were using the same serving spoon across both dishes. For someone who does not eat non-vegetarian food, this is a serious issue and reflects poor attention to detail. The entire place felt unkempt and poorly managed. Nothing we tried stood out in a positive way. To make matters worse, my mother felt unwell after the meal. Overall, it was a complete waste of time and money. Very disappointing!

Very disappointed with my experience at Barbeque Nation. The service was extremely poor, with long waiting times and staff being inattentive to customers. To make matters worse, some of the snacks served were burnt and not fit to be served to customers. Several requests had to be repeated multiple times before they were addressed. The overall dining experience was far below expectations and not worth the money spent. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both the food quality and customer service.

please update your menu as soon as possible ....we are checking on Google it's was showing lots of things in menu when we are visiting to restaurant that things are not available like chicken leg piece,pasta,pizza, Manchurian & etc it was very disappointing it's better to go any other place for unlimited....if your giving any kind of offers like today 699rs buffet don't remove any food iteam thank you rest staff was good service was good
