Yesterday, we went for dinner at this outlet, the staff is very very welcoming, kind, quick and humble. I loved the customer servicing and ambience They ask for feedback for each starter they bring However, the buffet was average, the biryani was bland and the salad was cold, I liked the falooda, it was very tasty, The grills were good too! 100/10 for that staff!

Extremely disappointing deterioration of a formerly great restaurant. I am deeply saddened to see how far this establishment has fallen. The service was terrible, with a deliberate effort to withhold non-vegetarian options. Even though the buffet was supposed to include mutton, only the gravy was left out during our entire two-hour visit. The chicken biryani was equally disappointing, consisting almost entirely of rice with barely a single piece of chicken. The manager was fully aware of the situation but chose to walk around and ignore the issues. It feels like a calculated strategy to fleece customers. This used to be a fantastic place to eat, but I cannot recommend it anymore. we were also lied to by one of the service guys saying there is no mutton sheet kebab where the table next to ours was served .
