The staffs were very helpful and generous. Management seems to be nice as well. The starters and grill items were nice as usual, which attract us to visit BBQ Nation outlets repeatedly. However the main course and desert sections need improvement. Beverages seems to be good as well. Although we skipped beverage this time. I believe it can be improved as well. Over all I am happy with the services I have received. Gonna visit again soon. Cheers.

The food was ok ok.. the starters were cold but when spoke to the person serving, they bought hot ones but the food was cold. I would say not worth the price at all. But must say the staff is very sweet and absolutely helpful.

Horrible experience at Barbeque Nation. It is nothing like the Barbeque Nation we remember. Firstly, the staff seemed extremely undertrained, and the overall service was disappointing. The food was honestly horrendous. Many dishes were overly salty, tasted stale, and lacked freshness. Even the famous Cajun-spiced potatoes, which used to be one of the highlights, were nowhere close to what they once were. What was particularly concerning was the buffet setup. The veg and non-veg rice sections were placed together, and guests were using the same serving spoon across both dishes. For someone who does not eat non-vegetarian food, this is a serious issue and reflects poor attention to detail. The entire place felt unkempt and poorly managed. Nothing we tried stood out in a positive way. To make matters worse, my mother felt unwell after the meal. Overall, it was a complete waste of time and money. Very disappointing!

In too much hurry. Had a very bhojnalay vibe. I have been visiting barbecue nation since 6 years now. Service staff needs to be trained well and need to more courteous without us telling them.

Very dirty, no food options available, no love counter at all, almost all food items vessels were empty, the quality of food was not up to mark. Never recommend anyone to come to this branch.
