Had an amazing experience at BBQ Nation! The food was delicious with an impressive variety across starters, mains, and desserts. Everything was served fresh and hot, making the entire meal even more enjoyable. The staff was extremely courteous and attentive throughout our visit. Special appreciation to Ankit Kumar, who made sure the food arrived on time and was always fresh. His service truly elevated our dining experience. The ambiance and vibe of the place were warm, lively, and perfect for a relaxed meal. Overall, a fantastic spot for family outings, celebrations, or buffet lovers. Would definitely visit again and highly recommend it!

"Just came back from Barbeque Nation and wow, the food was LIIKE 🔥! Unlimited buffet with so many options, and every dish was bursting with flavor. The live grill was a highlight 😍. Highly recommend trying the paneer tikka and the lamb chops! 😋"

Service was excellent. Staff catered to the needs and made sure that items are available whenever asked. Overall it was an excellent experience. Shahruk and Ankit Kumar from the staff took really good care of us. Kudos to thier dedication. Thank you!

If you’re planning to visit , seriously reconsider. This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. The service was absolutely pathetic — staff were unresponsive, inattentive, and in some cases outright arrogant. We waited nearly an hour just to get starters, and even then only 2 items showed up. Instead of proper service, they just dumped random starters onto the grill without asking or explaining anything. Requests were ignored. We specifically asked for non-grilled starters — never received them. By the time we gave up and moved to the main course, it didn’t get better. The chicken and mutton were undercooked, food was scattered everywhere, and the entire place felt like a mess rather than a restaurant. The environment was chaotic. People were literally arguing with staff and management outside due to delays in table allocation. Inside wasn’t any better — no one was managing anything properly. AC wasn’t working, grills were left on the table even during desserts making it uncomfortable to sit. Speaking of desserts — terrible. Ice cream was finished, kulfi was basically just ice,and only 1 kulfi was available according to menu 4 to 5 varieties should be available and presentation was sloppy. Basic service was also a failure. We waited 15–20 minutes just for rotis. And after paying ₹3500 for a ₹3279 bill, they made us wait again just to return the change — and handed it back in 20 ₹10 coins. Completely unprofessional. Even the washrooms were unclean. Overall, this place is poorly managed, understaffed, and not worth the money. Avoid unless you’re okay with frustration, delays, and subpar food. Given how poorly everything was handled — from service to food quality to basic hygiene — charging customers for this experience is unacceptable. I expect a full refund, and anything less would reflect complete disregard for customer satisfaction.

worst experience went on saturday night zero service no varieties served. main course cold no plates for maincourse. waiters not bothered to serve. we were 40 plus . it was over crowded.people were standed where main course was served. icecream n kulfi melted. very bad experience.

Food menu AND Quality needs a change DIRELY. SERVICE needs IMPROVEMENT at all rates. Not a single waiter was available on call.
