Great great service by Mr Nirmal. I would highly recommend to meet this guy when you are at BBQ Worli. Everything was taken care and we could sit and enjoy the food.

I have been to Barbeque nations in most of the Indian cities and this Worli branch is the worst of them all. From food, to service to management. Everything is outrageous. First they made me sit in a Non-ac table and expected me to adjust even with prior reservation. Then the service was very mid. The starters were bland without any salt. The mutton in the main course wasn't boiled, didn't have salt. The noodles were honestly just boiled , no taste. Desserts were average.

worst experience from barbeque nation worli. they have shifted their quality to worst now. they just take booking and don't care about the customer, whether they are delivering food or not list down issues faced yesterday 1. waited for 30 mins for serving and in fact after asking multiple times then received chatni 2. Starter at all not with good quality and standard and not cooked as well. 3. Soup is just like ready made soup with only lots of water without any taste. 4.The main course is also not good, The mutton is not cooked and noodles are also just boiled and kept. 5. No option in kulfi and desert. 6. Drinks are too expensive and serving is late. 7. My Waiter is a nightmare he just doesn't want to listen to anything we say. overall the worst experience and spoiled of the event. Try another buffet which will be expensive but good compared to BBQ.
