Restaurant was overbooked through app and phone booking. We and lot of others had to sit in a temporary non ac section with coolers as waiting time was very long for getting a table inside.. starters were good. ice cream was not available as there was shotage due to the crowd

Starters were not marinated properly, and the same marination used for sea food and chicken. The chicken wings were rotten and we asked them to change them. Not a good experience, not worth the money ❌

we had been to virar barbeque worst n worst experience 1st of all the entrance were extremely dirty stinking we booked the table prior day we entered the restaurant by 12.30pm we were the 1st to enter we waited for nearly 30mins approaching the staff s to start with our starters nearly after approaching 4times they turned out and incomplete starter we started ourmain course by 2pm than too we dint get a rice nd not even any type of Indian breads were available only 4types of veg n non veg gravy were available without rice n naan or roti we waited a long nd returned by paying our bill staffs are least bothered . sorry to say we vl not even suggest anybody worst experience waste of money

1. The floor was very dirty and staff were not in the least bothered to keep it clean. 2. Ambience was extremely poor. Staff members were playing around with each other- pushing, kicking, laughing & joking. 3. The mutton kebab that was served was burnt & tasteless. 4. Waiters were not attentive at the table.

it was a nightmare for anyone it was like we came to a wedding at the late moment and all food is finished and they were serving what is remaining horrible experience we have never experienced in barbeque nationat any other outlets for sure never going to visit this place again .

Improper service. Waited for food for long time than expected. Food tasted very spicy. Overall poor experience. Heavily understaffed and barely anyone attended our table.

Need to improvise on table bookings. Booked a table for 8.30pm, got a confirmation message and later it was rescheduled to 10 pm by the restaurant. Highly disappointing.

Horrible service. I had my court marriage celebration, none of my folks got food on time. They had to go ask and pursue the waiters until they finally gave up.

pathetic experience very less options of varieties not great like phoenix mall or Andheri. even they didn't refill the food despite of lots of request
