Had a fantastic dining experience at Barbeque Nation! The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of starters, main courses, and desserts. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The live grill experience at the table made the meal even more enjoyable, and the staff was attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, making it a perfect place for family gatherings and celebrations. Highly recommended for anyone who loves great food, excellent service, and a memorable dining experience. Looking forward to visiting again! 🍖🔥🍰✨

Sea food was great, so we're deserts and main course. the chicken and mutton were a disappointment. veg options were less as usual.

Used to love this place, but very disappointed this time* We’ve always considered Barbeque Nation our go-to place for family outings, but our recent weekday for my son's birthday visit was below expectations on both food and service. - *Food quality*: The *fish curry was very watery* with almost no flavor. The *boiled corn was dry and sticky*, like it had been sitting out for hours. - *Service*: For starters, we had to *repeatedly remind the staff for prawns*. It took multiple requests and a long wait, which shouldn’t happen on a buffet. - *Management*: Earlier, the chef or manager would personally come to the table to check on food and service. This time *nobody bothered to check*. We saw only *2 managers handling the floor*, and the staff seemed incapable of managing the crowd even on a weekday. Overall, the food quality and service were pathetic compared to what we’ve experienced here before. This visit really changed our opinion, which is sad because it was always our most preferred place. Hope the team takes this feedback seriously and works on staffing and consistency. We’d love to come back when things improve.

Everything about this place was bad from the start. The moment we entered, there was noone at the reception desk we literally had to find a person who can assign us our table. It took them another 10 mins to find our reservation. The food was bland and was undercooked. Service was so bad that everytime we had to remind. Once my one friend was not given crockery. Once one friend was not given glass for water. And it was not as if the place was full. It was hardly one third full. The items on buffet were not refilled for 15-20 mins and the choice of menu was also too boring. Despite the heavy pricing (1200 per head) the entire experience was traumatic. We found hair on our rotis, and the dal makhni had undercooked lentils which tasted like rock. The meal ended with us chasing the waiters for getting our bill for 10-15 mins. Once paid again they had vanished and we again had to search for waiters. PLEASE DONT GO. Stay at home and eat maggi it would be a better experience.

Leaving dissappointed with the kind Pathetic service and quality of food which was one of the worst experience ever. Staff is not bothered. Buffet items get over but are not filled, No bowls for ice-cream and soups. Everything needed reminder as staff is busy chatting or loitering around. Prawns were missing. ..it took 55 mins for 5 pieces prawns to come. Kulfi and Sev counter lady is the same...so you get to taste potatoes and sev in the kulfis. Stale corn salad served had to throw away. Watery fish curry served with no taste. In short Kurla Barbeque Nation should rather be shut down as its a huge reputation damage. Such a BAKWAAS experience and that too on my Son's birthday. which they even forgot to celebrate.

The barbeque starters were very spicy. After telling the staff multiple times the spice well was adjusted. We had to constantly ask the waiter to bring all the dishes in the menu. At the main course buffet there weren't plates, bowls and spoons. The main course spread tasted mediocre. Overall it is not at all worth the price paid.

food was not proper, serving partner claim tip, very very poor survice, serving boys are enjoying food and hard drinks, serving dishes very little..allmost 4, don't try KURLA BARBIQUE OUTLET..ITS MY.2ND VISIT.....
