I have been visiting this outlet since May 2024. initially it was a nice place to sit and work and coffee quality was good , washrooms was nice place was kept hygienic, you can order and pay at the time of leaving. Currently for the last 15 days all the above mentioned points have gone for a toss , seems some management decision. It is no more a place where you can come and work, the moment you come and order they ask for payment and say it is management decision, washrooms are dirty half the time Barista guys only use the washrooms. Place has become too noisy too any flies roaming around inside the coffee shop. Once a fly fell in my coffee also. Unable to focus on work. Strongly suggest not to patronise this outlet there are many good out let’s like Becafe, coffee capital and Blue Tokai which are much way better in terms of quality and hygiene as compared to Barista

yesterday that is 16th April 2026 I ordered 2 Large Americano and paid for it upon ordering , the first Americano they bought , no tissue paper was given and the coffee was so so bitter. After that to bring the 2nd Americano at least 5 times I had to remind them, now today I don’t know…just now I paid again for 2 Large Americano , just now it came again no tissue given. What improvements are you making. Absolutely nothing. I am coming here daily and booking in Zomato because of the discount and making a record of what all is happening here in order to report to the consumer cell as the Management cannot take any action, they only want to sit ask for sales and count money, absolutely no consumer service

the service was very disrespectfully. for a customer like me who was very frequently, the staff behaved rudely. they don't even know the rules of table booking. They demanded me to pay the bill right away. actually table booking allows the customer to pay anytime between the alloted slot so that he can order at leisure. I should be made aware. This is the last time I will visit this specific Barrista outlet and make it a point that Zi share this on social media. Also their hygene standards are bad now. One of the staff was opening changing his Tshirt outside the wasroom , without caring if any female will walk there. I suggest either they close down or improve.

Too much of flies in the restaurant can’t sit and work also i saw yesterday a lady came from outside used the washroom and just went away I am unable to understand whether the washroom is for customer or outsiders i don’t know what the management is going to do for this

today it’s become more horrible , some civil work going on and it’s so so so noisy, can’t concentrate at all and on top of that some irritating noise from the speaker honestly serious action to be taken, this place is getting worst

I was eating the Blueberry Cheese cake and the flies are coming and sitting on top of it, so you guys have any sense of hygiene , this flies are a perennial problem I have informed this earlier still no action has been taken

too much of loud noise children shouting really unable to sit I have been complaining this regularly i think i will take this up with the consumer cell now as management is least bothered about this

nothing to review Barista Chembur has lost its service mentality, no customer support, quality also gone for a toss, sometimes I feel I sit in a Gsrden or a Railway Station
