Shivaji park Barista cafe is my space... my comfort. Friendly and approachable staff now became my friends and family. The place is neat and clean. All customers are greeted and trated with a smile. The food and beverages are extremely good and I cherish them.

Firstly, there was an ongoing AC leakage issue with continuous water dripping. Even after informing the staff, the only action taken was placing a bucket underneath. This created discomfort and didn’t feel like a proper resolution for a customer-facing space. The next day, when I simply asked if there were any internet issues, the response felt defensive and dismissive. It gave the impression that working customers are not really welcomed. Weekday footfall largely includes people who come to work, order coffee and food, and contribute to your business. A more respectful and understanding approach would go a long way. Additionally, a crew member questioned me about payment for chips I had already purchased the previous day. Even after showing the receipt, there was visible gossiping among the staff, which felt unprofessional. I genuinely hope management takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving customer experience, professionalism, and respect.

Their iced mango matcha was not as per the expectation what is displayed in their menu. their was 1% mango flavor, 10% matcha and rest was ice. they need to improve it
