Barista COFFEE shop is a frequent stop for coffee , i am an old customer for last many years . I would like to express my 5 stars 🤩 for service and in particular Poonam, she is courteous and has given the best coffees. The shop ambience is OK there is definitely room for improvement and not just increase in prices !! the company needs to be more agile and cater better to loyal customers. Zomato is good however lately they too have dropped the discounts. not sure what's going on . Hope this year will see Value for money

Subhash,Sahil,sajad,alam,amit,rakesh, dharam,rukhsar,kajal are the best employees and friendly staff... the hole staff is mind blowing and entertaining people... also they value their employees with very friendly manner and good enthusiasm with the environment.... also the place is very pleasant and loveable... plus the coffee and eatables is also nice with the proper price... I would always join to come here and would recommend people to come here as well... baristas is the best place for the coffee...

This evening also I visited barista Vile Parle, ate egg and cheese croissant, Spicy Chicken Sandwich, Chicken Puff, Although egg and cheese croissant and spicy chicken sandwich were good, but when I ate chicken puff, It smelled strange, It seems that the chicken puff was stale, I even made the store manager highlight this thing. I had to return the chicken puff. I eat 2 to 3 types of food every day at barista outlet. If I am feeling bad about some food, then my feedback is justified regarding the food, Yesterday I had highlighted it in my previous feedback that the staff here washes the utensils themselves, Mops the washroom, and sweeps the outside sitting area. And there was dirt near the kitchen area. Even today there was an open dustbin near the kitchen which was full of garbage. I have uploaded multiple photos, check the photos by sliding. I want this feedback of mine to be taken seriously, I bill ₹1500 to ₹2500 daily, the barista should take special care of hygiene. The work of the staff is to prepare the orders and not to mop the washroom, nor to wash the utensils, sweeping the outside sitting area, All this is the work of the house keeper and not store manager and staff. I want to say back that the barista must maintain hygiene. This feedback of mine should be taken seriously.

First of all I got my order late, lead third class of hot coffee takeaway cup, I saw the barista staff cleaning his own hand with the same kitchen scrubs, and the barista staff did not maintain even the slightest hygiene. I feel very disgusted after seeing this. There is a great need for a barista to maintain hygiene.

The quality of the muffin was not good at all, It seemed very dry to eat, in fact the muffin does not remain 100% dry.
