We’ve tried almost all the restaurants at JW Marriott Sahar, and Barqat was the last one on our list ...but it truly turned out to be one of the BEST. .. From food to service to overall hospitality, everything was top-notch. A special thanks to Chef Farheem who personally guided us on what to order, and every dish was absolutely delicious with rich, well-balanced flavours. Also a special shout out to Hadassah who was extremely warm and helpful throughout, from finding us the best table to making sure we were comfortable during the entire experience. The ambience is beautiful, elegant, and perfect for a relaxed fine-dining evening. However, one disappointing aspect was the manager, who came across as quite rude and unwelcoming, which was surprising given how warm and courteous the rest of the staff was. Also, being directed to use the gym washroom is not what one expects from a 5-star restaurant. These are small but important areas where improvement is needed. Overall, Barqat is still a wonderful place for food and ambience, and we hope the service standards remain consistent at all levels.

Dining for the special occasion with Family on 26th January and my MIL’s Birthday had to be some special place! My son insisted on visiting Barquat at JW Marriott Chakala and what a soothing dining experience it was ! Thanks to Mr. Prathamesh , Mr. Rahul and our Head Chef Mr. Faheem Qureshi we relished some delicious cuisine items. He made the birthday special with the special Cake for MIL. Thanks a ton all .

This place in JW Marriott, Sahar is amazing. It’s an open terrace place with very beautifully decorated lights and greens. Food is very well prepared. Mr Pratham is the manager here and he took very good care of our entire group + his food recommendations very also appreciated. All in all amazing place to visit.

Prathamesh and Farhim were absolutely amazing. hosted us well. we tried the chat which was amazing. loved the kabas as well. Ambiance is one of the best roof tops in Mumbai I have visited so far. we came for our wedding anniversary and they ensured that we are well taken care of.

Crispy kabuli channa and palakh patta chat was out of this world. The staff and chef Fahim was/were all very friendly/helpful. Paan drink was also very nice and something different.

though the food and service was fine, they do not provide a printed invoice. and when I asked for the invoice to be shared, they shared the bill with discounted amount adding membership and stay discounts which was not the case with me.
