Visted the baskin Robbins store and at again it has proved that there is no one like them amazing staff with good work good knowledge about flavour and caring parson love to visit as always

Yh can get various kinda ice cream uh name it they've got it. The ambience of this branch is really good and seating area is also really nice . Do visit this branch of baskin Robbins.

The ambience was great. Ice creams were served right. The staff were decent too but there was some problem with the ceiling which lead to the water dripping from it.

Located right next to Gupta Kulfi in Byculla, this is a decently large place as compared to most Baskin Robbins outlets. Friendly staff We had the Brownie a La Mode sundae. With Chocolate Ice cream, brownie and hot chocolate sauce and sprinkles it was a decent desert but nothing exceptional. Pricewise quite expensive for the kind of sundae it was For more on Mumbai and Dubai Restaurants and places to get amazing Vegetarian food, follow us on

Who don't love to have ice creams... I went with my two of my friends to this place to have ice cream...We ordered mango, chocolate slice and one more ice cream I don't remember the name .. everything was going good as usual the taste was awesome we started having but a I guess few seconds later I noticed an insect in my ice cream it was literally inside the ice cream... That was so gross... We showed that to the worker there he being smart took photo with his phone and when we asked back like give us also even we want to take photo he dumped that ice cream straight away into the dustbin and his next words was ' U want the same flavour ice cream or something else u want ' We knw he won't give us our money back So we had no option left and we ordered a butterscotch ice cream again and had it as soon as possible being careful this tym 😐 and left the store I really don't know whether I'll go next time or no😐

Went with family and ordered splish splash ice cream 124gm. . They randomly put two small scoops and asked for rs 200. When asked for bill they said they can't operate machine. When we asked how you measure the quantity they had no answer. When we checked online how much quantity we should receive for the price we are paying we found that 30% qty was less. They are bloody cheats. Don't go there ever.
