Location - Baskin Robbins This outlet is situated in vile parle east near garware. A tiny one with a few tables inside the shop in AC.Although known brand and has so many outlets in mumbai. I like this place because of varieties of flavours in icecreams.Their quality is great but quantity disappointing.The quantity is very less according to the money charged by them.The order is on time.The staff is very friendly. I ordered chocolate chipe mousee royal icecream. The quality is too good. Overall a good place!! Ratings:- Service-3 Quality-4 Quantity-2.5 Ambience-2.5

Baskin Robbins is the go to place for desserts and ice creams. This outlet is located near Garware, a tiny one with a few tables inside the shop in AC. The blue sorbet is perfect if you're on a diet. The Madagascar mud, cotton candy are among my other favourites. The payment is accepted via Paytm as well, so if you forgot your wallet, you can still eat an ice cream. Ambiance and Service-3/5 Food-3/5 Value for Money-3/5 Overall Rating - So-So!

Dear Baskin Robbins Customer Care Team, I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue I faced with an order I placed through Zomato on Sunday from your Vile Parle East outlet. I had ordered 1 litre of Handpicked Bavarian Chocolate ice cream. However, upon delivery, I was surprised to see that the container lid mentioned 700 ml instead of 1 litre. When I contacted the outlet, the staff member (Mr. Rahul Soni) informed me that the lid was a mistake and assured me that the contents were indeed 1 litre (approximately 535 grams). To verify this, I weighed the ice cream using my home scale, which showed only 429 grams—over 100 grams less than what was promised. I have photo evidence of this measurement, which I am attaching for your reference. After contacting the store again, Mr. Soni admitted there might have been an error with their weighing scale (which he mentioned had cardboard behind it, affecting accuracy). I personally visited the outlet with the delivered ice cream, and after some discussion, he agreed to provide me with a new 1-litre pack. However, what deeply concerned me was witnessing him place the returned ice cream back into the freezer, mentioning it would be resold to another customer. This practice is extremely unhygienic and unethical, especially for a reputed brand like Baskin Robbins. It is really disheartening to see that a brand of your stature appears to be cheating customers by providing less quantity of ice cream and fooling clients through online orders where they cannot immediately verify the weight. Such actions seriously damage customer trust and brand integrity. As a loyal customer, I find this experience highly disappointing. Not only was the quantity incorrect, but the store’s handling of returned food raises serious food safety and quality concerns. I kindly request that: 1. This incident be investigated immediately, especially the handling practices at the Vile Parle East outlet. 2. Appropriate action be taken against such negligence and unethical behavior. 3. I receive a formal apology and confirmation of corrective measures to ensure this does not happen again. Packing not sealed and was improper which was accepted by the seller when complained ...ice cream quantity was less and quality of service was compromised... Raised complaint bt only part amount refunded....disgusting that still no complete refund was awarded..

Though the ice creams are delicious the staff is not polite. When I asked whether brownie is available or no the staff said no and removed the brownie packet which was on display in front of me . This is very rude and annoying.

Yesterday night ordered 500 ml fruit overload, received half full box of ice cream, very less quantity and definitely not 500 ML. Not expected from such a big brand to do so putty thing. Will never order again

i placed online order for mango flavour, i received tender coconut for this.
