I had made my booking through Zomato. I did not receive any call, acknowledging the booking or confirming it. We got late and we had to wait for the table. We were not informed that the last order will be taken at 10:30 pm. It was honestly a horrible service. There were only 2 people managing the booking/ taking orders. The restaurant was highly understaff. We were not offered water till 10:30 PM/we had to ask for it. The food is good, but this service, the long waiting time ruins, the experience absolutely. I do not want to blame the two people who were somehow still managing the restaurant, but there are some serious concern that needs to be fixed

the waiter was a bit rude and even the manager was not cooperative. we after giving an onder waited for like 1hr just to know that the avacado were not available. also the water chest nuts were so oily. the avacado toast that came after like 1 hr and 10 mins was too dry and cold. also there were so inconvenience made to us the way the staff talked. never going to recommend this or coming here again.
