We’ve always chosen Bayroute when it comes to Middle Eastern cuisine, and it continues to live up to expectations every single time. We visited today to celebrate my mum’s 70th birthday, and the experience was truly memorable. The lamb starters were exceptional—easily the highlight of the meal. The non-veg platter is a must-try, offering a fantastic variety and rich flavours. We also ordered the lamb fatayer and chicken seekh kebabs, both of which were incredibly tender and full of flavour. If you’re dining here, I’d strongly recommend opting for their lamb and mutton dishes—they’re prepared beautifully. A special mention to the team for the thoughtful gesture of a complimentary cake, which made the celebration even more special. From the warm ambience to the impeccable service and delicious food, everything was just perfect.

Visited bayroute bkc soo amazed with the place and the vibe. The food we tried was their classic hummus the taste was too delicious it serves with pita bread We also tried their manakish half cheese and half zaatar bread. Manakish is also for kids who love pizza its similar and non-spicy The baklava was cherry on top mumbaikars now don't have to run to turkey to try this dessert not even dubai🤨 The bestest baklava i have ever had perfect blend of sweeetness Last but not the least also the service was good the server was attentive over all best experience kuddos to the team bayroute

Bay route is my go-to place for a cozy dinner date. The placement never disappoints. We had fattoush which was 3/5 , their mocktails are refreshing, We also ordered ‘Sebze Tabagi’ which was 5/5

I had a very disappointing experience at Beirut. I ordered an Elderflower & Lumi cocktail listed on the menu at ₹745. Initially, the manager informed me that it wasn’t available, then later came back and said he could prepare the same drink. I agreed, assuming I would be charged the listed menu price. However, when the bill arrived, I was shocked to see that I had been charged nearly ₹1600 for that single drink. At no point was I informed that this would be charged differently or that it would be considered a double shot. When I raised this discrepancy, the manager responded by saying that “in all restaurants it is 60 ml for a cocktail” and that I should have known this. This is not a reasonable expectation from a customer—if pricing differs from what is mentioned on the menu, it must be clearly communicated upfront. What made the situation worse was the manager’s attitude. Instead of addressing the concern professionally, he became argumentative and even suggested that I was raising this issue “purposely.” This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the establishment. Basic customer service etiquette seems to be lacking. Additionally, when we asked for our leftovers to be packed, one of the items—Mutabel—was missing. Only after I pointed it out did they bring it, and instead of acknowledging the oversight, the manager tried to justify it by saying he had asked the chef to prepare a fresh portion. This does not change the fact that the original item should have been packed correctly in the first place. Overall, the issue is not just about being overcharged, but about the complete lack of transparency and the unprofessional, defensive handling of a simple customer concern. I would strongly recommend that the management invests in proper training around billing transparency and customer interaction. Adding the images of the menu item which is the elderflower and loomi gin along with its pprice and the final price on the bill.

They gave us an old menu, we ordered food and it was not what we ordered. Then they said the menu was updated - so why did they give us an incorrect menu? The manager was extremely rude. They told us items were unavailable but we saw them give it to the table next to us. Would never go back and would never recommend to anyone else.
