Had a great experience at Bayroute, Cuffe Parade. The staff guided us really well through the menu and helped us choose the best dishes. The food was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. Every item we ordered was amazing, especially the kebabs and chicken dishes. The ambience and service were also excellent. Definitely a must-try place for Middle Eastern food lovers in Mumbai! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Authentic Lebanese food done right! The hummus was silky smooth, the shawarma was loaded with flavor. Portions are generous and the staff was super attentive. Bayroute-style ambiance with warm service. Definitely coming back for the mezze platter. 5/5

The ambience was amazing. Food was excellent as expected. We were served by Mr. Shahid who was very helpful and welcoming. Overall an amazing experience and would definitely visit again.

The restaurant had inadequate indoor seating, some spots in the restaurant were freezing, while some have no cold air. The outdoor seating definitely needs air conditioning considering the soaring Bombay temperatures. The food was utterly disappointing and did not live up to the hype. Firstly, food took forever to come (and the servers needed constant reminders to take the order and get us the food). Secondly, the food was served cold. Lastly, I’d rather have had frozen kebabs at home, and it would have tasted better.

More than half the menu was unavailable. There was only 1 mutton main course and it was just about passable. The mango mocktail was a glorified mango shake. Waiter was in a ripping hurry. Felt rushed to order, did not properly explain the menu when asked. Delay in getting the check. All that said, the food is decent, but nothing out of the world.

the toilets were not accessible due to some pipe burst. shouldn't they have just shut the restaurant till it was fixed?
