Perfect for date nights or special celebrations. What we ordered & loved: 🥣 Tomato Basil Soup — classic, rich, perfect start 🥣 Chicken & Chestnut Shorba — unique, warm, super flavorful. Never had chestnut in soup and I’m obsessed now 🥟 Veg & Non-Veg Dumplings — thin skin, juicy filling, steamed to perfection 🍣 Sushi — fresh, melt-in-mouth. Must try even at a European place 🍕 Chicken Pizza — thin crust, loaded toppings, zero sogginess 🍝 Creamy Pasta — tastes like it’s straight from Italy 🍹 Palatine Fig Cocktail — THE star. Gorgeous, balanced, sweet-boozy. Order this or regret it. 🥥 Coconut Exotic Dessert — If you’re a coconut fan, this is non-negotiable. Light, tropical, perfect ending. Service: 5/5 Staff was super attentive without being intrusive. Great recs, fast service, checked on us often. Ambience: 5/5 Luxury, royal, romantic. You’ll take 50 photos before you even order. Value: 4.5/5 Yes, it’s premium pricing. But with Sahara Star location + this quality + ambience, it’s worth it for special occasions. Final Verdict: BelmaRose is now my top recommendation for European fine dining in Mumbai. We’re already planning our next visit.

Visited Belmarose at Hotel Sahara Star and had a great dining experience. The restaurant has a beautiful Greek-inspired ambiance with elegant interiors and a very aesthetic vibe. It’s a perfect place to enjoy both European and Asian cuisine with friends, family, or for a special dinner. We tried the House Special Non-Veg Roll, Chilli Garlic Dumplings, Pata Ya Paneer, Classic Chilli Chicken, Burnt Chilli Garlic Rice, Kung Pao Chicken, and Veg Hot Garlic Gravy. The food was flavorful, well-presented, and packed with delicious flavors. For drinks, we had the Pistachio Mocktail, Melon Inferno, Kiwi Melon Tea, and Not A Colada, which were refreshing and complemented the meal perfectly. We ended our meal with the Coconut Exotic dessert, and it was absolutely delightful. The service and management were excellent, making the overall experience even better. Great food, amazing ambiance, and warm hospitality make Belmarose a place worth visiting. Definitely add this spot to your Mumbai bucket list!

Absolutely loved the entire experience at Belmarose, Sahara Star. ✨ The ambience is stunning with luxurious European-inspired interiors, beautiful lighting and a super elegant vibe throughout the restaurant. Every corner feels aesthetic and thoughtfully designed. The food was equally impressive with a great mix of Asian, European and fusion dishes. Everything we tried was well presented, flavourful and felt premium. The service was warm and attentive, which made the experience even better. Perfect place for a luxury dining experience, date night or even just to enjoy the ambience with good food. Definitely one of Mumbai’s prettiest new restaurants. 🌹🍷

The restaurant is so pretty with its charming European decor and beautiful ceilings. Service is courteous and polite but a trifle slow. The cuisine is par excellence, the wild mushroom truffle soup, tomato basil are superlative and served steaming hot, very few restaurants can do that. The starters ie sushi, dumplings, cottage cheese, chicken are all delicious and a special mention for the mushroom pizza and creamy pasta,both were excellent and so is the Asian cuisine. Definitely worth a visit for a special occasion.

Visited Belmarose at Sahara Star Mumbai and it was absolutely amazing! The service was top-notch, the food was delicious, and every drink we tried was just wow. A special mention to the staff for being so kind and accommodating — they even helped us stay a little extra for the event. The entire experience was wonderful and truly memorable. Highly recommended!
