Awesome food. Small place, only standing but clean and simple. The food is the hero and is fantastic. Not only the benne dosa lives upto the expectation but also the other items like idli, Wada, the chutneys are just awesome. Be prepared to wait in line but it's worth the wait.

After several hits and misses at places claiming to make the authentic benne dosa, finally found one that hits the sweet spot in terms of crispiness and flavour. Tried the Podi plain benne dosa and the filter coffee. Both were on point. Keep going!

I tried their dosa and it was incredible—crispy, buttery, and full of flavor. Truly one of the best dosas I’ve eaten till date. The crowd and the long wait made sense the moment I took the first bite. The hype is real and absolutely worth it!

This Instagram hyped café, rests in Bandra, and is truly amazing!! I have never had such crispy & fluffy dosas. They stole my heart! ❤️ And the ghee podi idli was like cherry on top. Too delicious! 🤤 I was so engrossed in enjoying the food that I forgot to take pictures of it too. Although this restaurant deserves 5 stars, according to me, however, I will deduct 1 star because of their seating arrangement. You have to wait in long queues. Me & my husband had to wait for 45 minutes, only because a bunch of boys were not ready to leave their place despite finishing their food. They were just talking and waiting for one friend who had his plate but was not eating. Such behaviour is just unacceptable. People should have some decency & empathy towards others. Overall, the food was amazing and i recommend it to everyone!! 😍

Limited menu. It’s not actually a restaurant but like a canteen. Very small joint with no sitting place. You need to started and eat!

Tried to explore the hype about this place and really loved the - Thatte ghee podi idli - 5/5 Plain dosa-3/5 And would not recommend to have their iced filter coffee, instead try the authentic hot one, taste of coffee is good but not in a colder version. Overall experience for a waiting time of 30 mins on a weekday afternoon is quite ok as the place is small and no seating arrangements.

BENNE DOSA Not at all worth the hype. I mean SERIOUSLY!!! The Benne Masala Dosa is below average: Just an oil laden Dosa with tasteless bland Masala in it. The oil used has a typical synthetic smell which is kinda repulsive. Coffee is okay. Idlis are extremely small. Just a rip-off!! Medu Wada is tolerable out of all. Not worth the long queues and narrow crunchy place. Just a Money Making Machine. The craze & hype will fade away. Just a matter of time.

Visited today with my wife and had a pretty underwhelming experience. The wait time was over 30 minutes, and there was no seating arrangement—just a cramped space where everyone stood waiting. It felt like the place survives purely on Instagram hype rather than actual quality. We ordered a plain dosa and a masala dosa, both of which were extremely oily and served with a huge dollop of white butter. The taste was nowhere close to the authentic Benne dosa you get in Bangalore. Definitely overrated and overhyped, and not worth the wait or the discomfort.
