it's my go to place for a veg meal without 2nd thought, they maintain quality and quantity pretty well. I have been visiting this places from ages and still love to have there.

I’m not here to write about food today. It’s about the staff’s attitude towards women. I visit this place often and have always found the staff good. However today was different. There were 2 foreigners (girls) dining at this place and the staff had gone crazy. 2 waiters were almost starring at 1 of the girl - literally inside out. This attitude made me feel sick. I spoke to the cashier who was present and asked him to share the manager’s number to let him know this behaviour and attitude of the staff should not be entertained. I was given a wrong number, hence I though this was the only medium to report this incident. This restaurant came across as safe and sound but after today’s incident I might not consider visiting this place again.

A huge rat came out of their kitchen and the staff didn't even bother to give an explanation for it. They were instead laughing at it and trying to ignore the conversation. When we asked them what that was, they said, it must have come from outside . No urgency was seen among the staff members to find the rat and get it out of the restaurant. It felt like yet another thing for them. Absolutely unacceptable.

Bad service particular server was not at all good at his work we are regular visitors but… this time taste was not upto mark Staff not listening proper orders Firstly Bringing extra pav on his own Secondly bringing pav after bhaji is cold Not coming to the table even after call multiple times And it was not a busy weekend day Bhagwati was best at taste and service but Not visiting here again

I had ordered 15 plates pav bhaji for small function at my home however the quality of the bhaji was so poor that all my guests didn't eat that bhaji and had to throw it. Such a poor quality of food didn't expect from this restaurant.

had ordered one rawa dosa which was not cooked properly. another one was jini dosa and basically they dumped every possible vegetable in that dosa brocolli, bell pepper, cherrys, mayo, cashew. everything. it was really bad.

I had ordered tomato soup but it was orange in colour with lot of artificial colour and there was no tomato .. they r openly fooling customers .. save ur health and avoid such hotels who are cheating ppl

Bad experience, 1 hr after giving the order the restaurant guy says to cancel the order... Poor customer service.. Will never be ordering from here going forward

There was an live insect which was found in food which we were having. And the worst part is the staff did not even apologize for this!!
