BIKAJI IS UNDOUBTEDLY THE BEST. WHAT AMAZING FOOD. CHOLE KULCHE SPOT ON. RASMALAI SO SO SO SOFT IT IS TO DIE FOR. GHEWAR WHICH IS SEASONAL IS VERY AUTHENTIC AND SOFT UNLIKE MANY OTHER PLACES IN MUMBAI WHO MAKE IT DRY. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO TRY CHOLE KULCHE, RASMALAI AND MALAI GHEWAR.

For all the sweet cravers, get your favourite mithas delivered home from Malai Pedas, Barfis, Rabdi and much more, they also deliver Chakna and Comboss like Rajma Rice.

Rasmalai awsome thi humne packli thi. Leakproof pack sahi hai but milk was lesscomapred to when you eat in the store. Also malai chamcham looked stale. But they dont have good trained staff for good feedback with customers. The man at counter dont know how to speak with ladies.sorry but fact. Will prefer malad next time Maybe our taste but we didnt like it to the core as Pavbhaji has too much garlic in it with no jain option in this age.

The staff just keep ogling aat when you enter the store. They just pretend to be smart. God bless the small man in kitchen, who was helpful. Why do they change good guys ? earlier the fat guy at cash counter used to communicate so well. Even The store wasnt clean & smasrt as it used to be earlier Am a guest at a hotel nearby everyyear i come to take my favourite anjeer burfi and samosa with chutneys Must say over the year portions as well as quality have decreased. The place is right while the management isnt. This surely needs a good overhaul.

Cashier is busy taking selfies & making reels. No one to attnd the customers. Old staff was much better. Now no one bothers if you are in the store or not taking something. Since we are in Laxmi itself we prefer this store than malad but now the staff change has forced us to go to other stores. Bad experience kachori was too oily.also they have reduced the quality of Bengali sweets Writing here since we love Bikaji but not untrained and mannerless people.

Please avoid this place. We bought Bengali sweets and by the time we reach home (15 mins away) the sweets are stale. Would have hoped the owners to have disposed the sweets if they were unsold. Not sure if such owners can really do justice to the Bikaji brand. The shop also looked rundown. Please avoid

I ordered for Rasmalai through Zomato.The restaurant served stale & rotten food with bad smell & taste. Worthless and waste of money.

When you order from reputed outlet like Bikaji, you expect you are not fleeced. Serving small sizes is bad
