Had been seeing this outlet for the past 11 years but never ventured here assuming it be some typical farsan place however I was in for a very good and delicious surprise..on a quite Thursday afternoon we decided to try Bikaji. I have deducted one star only for the non smiling faces of the staff…they were good no doubt but having a smile would have made it more inviting We had the following and they not that heavy in your pocket and stomach 😋 Onion kachori - 5/5 Rah Kachori -4.5/5( size seemed small) Chole bhature -6/5- they were really good Pav bhaji -4/5- tbe pav was a burger bun so did not lead to authentic taste Dhokla- 5/5 Cheese samosa 4.5/5 Desserts Baklava -4/5 Chenna toast - 5/5 Malai cake- 5/5 Angoori Rabdi -5/5 Balushahi- 4.5/5 They also have dry snacks like papads, bhujiya and Chivda

we had been here on a Sunday evening, 8pm. as soon as we entered we came to know, there was no samosa, no kachori. they only had chole bhature and rice dishes with a few chaat items. that's it! and the weird part was, they were not even refilling items that were sold out. the staff was least bothered about that. never visiting this place again. chaat also tasted average

Extremely unprofessional staff. Not trained to how to attend customers, gives back answers, insulting facial expression and completely disobedient body language. The person on cash counter also same. I kept on asking for packaging option, which the staff very conveniently ignored. On going to cash counter and asking he very conveniently said they will show when they get free I can’t do anything. And this happened when the shop was not even very crowded and limited crowd. Not sure what kind of service do they give during festive season.

The guy Dinesh was very rude , we are buying food like jalabi from the shop , it’s over prised and we requested for the some add on which the guy refused and too much arrogant. I can buy the same product from other shop at half of the cost but due the quality u am willing to pay high price but they need to learn the customer services and have little polite tone. Experience was very bad

Very disappointing visit. Ordered Dahi Mutter Kachori, Sev Puri and Aloo Tikki Chaat all were extremely sour/tangy. Sev Puri tasted like extra chaat masala was added, making the tamarind chutney unbearably sour. Don’t the chefs check chutneys before serving? Complete waste of money and a total mood spoiler. This used to be our favourite place, but won’t be visiting again.

I took sweet Lassi they gave it in the package of Badam milk just because the packaging was over. I mean what kind of service is that? Also for pani puri they don't have sukhi puri. and all the puri's were burnt. they didn't compensate nor their behaviour if staff is good towards customers. don't visit here at all.

had taken parcel of motichoor ladoo but was not good had expected it to be made in ghee but no taste no flavour just felt waste of money not worth to purchase it again felt as it was always good previously had felt it to be the same but it was not ghee but taste of cooking oil had bad experience

Chatani is not provided with Dhokla. Need to consider on request. Counter person to tell time taken for service for Jalebi specifically

Ordered 50 rasmalai and qlty of packing was pathetic Waste of time n money They should stop if they don’t wanna delivery professionally
