198th place to rated a complete 5on5 by me. Birdy's is located in IC Colony Borivali West and it is on the main road hence easy to locate. Apart from this they have multiple outlets in the city. The outlet is divided into 2 parts. First being their cakes and patisserie shop which looks elegant and great and there they have also showcased the gifting options available and second being the small cafe which have seatings along with a small place where beverages are made and here too they have showcased the food items which you can choose to eat. They also have a book shelf which book lovers can opt for. Overall loved the bright colourful ambiance. They specialise in cakes, pastries, brownies, breads and their cafe menu have pasta, sandwich, burger, croissant and many more items. They do not use compound chocolate which you can feel if you eat their cakes as they taste rich. Loved the options available in the menu and price wise it is at par with similar type of brands. Went here for late lunch and the kitchen service was on time as all the food options in cafe is delivered fresh daily and it is kept in the display so you choose and they reheat and give you so it was quick. Special thanks to staff Chandan & Priya who were attentive. What We Had - Paneer Schezwan Croissant - Flaky crust and nicely filled with paneer, bell peppers and onions with light flavours of schezwan sauce tasted good. Loved the light flavours of garlic in this and the outside crust was perfect. Spicy Veg Sandwich - Multi grain bread toasted little crisp filled with spicy mayo based mix of carrot and cabbage. Taste wise you will feel the heat after some time as it was indeed spicy. Overall a nice filling sandwich. Veg Pasta - Penne pasta done in red sauce and suprisingly it didn't had any tanginess of the tomatoes maybe its their version of red sauce which was creamy and cheesy with nice amount of herbs and garlic. Taste wise really good and we loved eating this. Aphrodite Pastry - A perfect combination consisting of red velvet, white chocolate and Nutella mousse. Taste wise excellent as it was smooth in texture and all the ingredients tasted premium and they went well with each other. Walnut Brownie - A nice brownie served warm which was gooey at the center. The walnuts on the top added wonders to this. Tiramisu Brownie Milkshake - Thick and decent in taste. More inclined towards plain brownie taste as I was not able to feel any coffee taste in this. So the meal at Birdy's IC Colony was excellent as we loved everything we tried here. The options available are great, the cafe is cosy and the staff is nice. Hence I recommend this.

I ordered a Dutch truffle pastry and lemon ice tea from here and the pastry was just delicious. The staff too was very polite and offered us to sit in the cafe and enjoy our pastry and drink. I love the fact that Birdys has started their own small cafe and their Dutch truffle is the best cake I've ever tasted.

Hi recently I visited this cake shop & cafe. The cafe is small yet cozy. Got a huge verity of cakes pastries & gift options also. I have tried some of bakery items here & coffee too. I Liked this cool place 😍😍😍 they also do home delivery. Staff is very good.

I had a very disappointing experience with Birdy’s. I paid ₹3000 for a customised cake. I had clearly requested a simple rose design with three colours – pink, off-white, and red. However, the cake I received had a completely different colour theme, which was not what I had asked for. When I raised this issue, the senior staff person he was very casually said that the customisation charges were ₹300 and refunded only that amount. There was no apology, no courtesy, and no concern shown for the mistake. While following up for the refund, one of the female staff members spoke very casually and said “refund kiya hai, karte”, as if they were doing a favour or charity. This behaviour was unprofessional and disrespectful. The taste of the cake was also extremely disappointing. I have eaten chocolate cakes from Birdy’s earlier, and the taste this time was completely different and tasteless compared to their usual quality. Overall, the service, behaviour, customisation, and taste were all below expectations. I would strongly suggest others to think twice before placing a customised cake order with Birdy’s. Very poor experience and highly disappointing.

orange cake we ordered. They lied that it is amazing. But it turned out to be very bad. Price is more than double that of other better pastry shops and quality is worst.
