The cappuccino here is quite terrible to say the least. The coffee lacks flavor of any sort and just seems like a weak, hot liquid. The barista's half-hearted attempt at latte art will leave you in splits. Ambiance is quite dull and the service quite average.

We bought dutch truffle pastry, tiramisu pastry and spicy paneer crossoint from the Sion outlet. All 3 were very disappointing. It seemed like it was just cream on bread. Birdy's has lost its quality

I was recommended the New York cake by the person saying that it’s very good and sweet.. it turned out to be horrible. Tasted very bland.. not sweet at all probably the worst cake I’ve ever had.
