Hi team - Thank you for hosting us. However would be great if Mr Host by the entrance would be welcoming and attentive. He was not so welcoming with his approach on Sunday evening 630! Was not attentive, i had to get his attention to be able to hold conversation upon entering. Not a good gesture from the host. It was my first time - not so good first impression. Then the table that was offered by the kitchen glass partition - the couch there had hair strands - awful to looo at!! :/ Staff did wipe it off upon requesting. However, it was not pleasant to the beautiful ambience of this place ! Food was fine but having experienced awful welcome - rest everything just did not blend well ! Thanks !!

Pathetic customer service. we booked a table for 10 people to celebrate my daughter's birthday. our in-time was 7pm. at 830pm i got a call from my daughter that restaurant folks are trying to chuck them out. when i called the restaurant, manager Mimesh told me for large group we can have table for 2 hrs only. I wasnt aware of that but I said ok we still have time till 9pm. post this call, my daughter called me twice mentioning they are literally pushing them out and are rude. I would like to mention 2 names manger Mimesh and waiter Ansari who were rude, arrogant and pathetic. ansari was literally troubling the girls. was not servicing them properly. when I reached the restaurant and confronted both of them pretended as if they did nothing. we are staying in Hiranandani Estate since last 20 years and this was our worst experience. We are not going to blabber... anymore. and will ask our friends circle also to boycott them, for their worst customer service and pathetic behaviour. they literally spoiled my daughter's birthday party. blabber management should fire manager Mimesh and waiter Ansari. they both don't deserve to be in hospitality industry as they both don't have basic etiquette and are not customer centric.

Horrendous service..was there with colleagues from overseas..staff lacked basic manners on how to manage a table and lacked ability to speak in English. The place is an utter disgrace from service point of view

Went to the restaurant Orde panner tikka masala platter and they served chicken tikka masala and then they are sorry one who took ur order is left for the day they are useless I think no one should trust them
