I visited Blossom randomly today when we went to watch a movie in Odeon Mall, Ghatkopar. They had decent space with seating arrangements. The staff was courteous and on our request, they served food within ten minutes. We ordered a Veg Sandwich and a Thai Swadika Soup. Both were served fresh and hot. I highly recommend Thai Swadika Soup to all Soup lovers. It had coconut milk with the perfect blend of spices. It was soothing, especially for a bad throat. It was served with fried Manchurian balls. Best combo❤️ The Veg Sandwich was served with potato wafers, green chutney and sauce. The taste was good. The green chutney was fresh and a taste enhancer. I wanna try more dishes in future so as of now four stars for quick service and tasty food.

The Food was not up to the Mark, the Combine Mix Pasta was not good 🤮 at all, don’t try the club Sizzler’s as the spaghetti was very bad in taste and also the pasta sauce was very lite.🤮

The dishes were very average, spice was added unnecessarily. Group of 5 people did not like the food. Service was also slow, sizzler took more than 1 hour to be served

The 1-star rating is NOT for food but for the experience and the embarassing position we were put in by the management. We visited the Blossom at R-Odeon Mall in Ghatkopar East to celebrate my birthday with family. After eating, when we called for the bill and presented the credit card, we were informed that their credit card machine is not working. They asked us to Gpay or give cash. We did not carry enough cash and all were senior citizens who are not comfortable with technology like Gpay. Unfortunately, my phone was not working and so I could not make UPI payment either. They then told us to go to any ATM and withdraw cash. It was honestly extremely embarassing. Accepting credit card is a norm everywhere, especially in proper restaurants inside malls. This is not some roadside eatery where they refuse cards. If their machine was not working, it should have been informed and a note pasted outside, on their door, informing guests. In the end, I had to take money from the envelopes I received as blessings from my elders and pay the bill with that money. FYI - there is no ATM inside the mall or anywhere around. Blossom really ruined my birthday. A really shitty management and experience. On being told to add a note to their door, they simply shrugged and brushed it off. The food is good though. Go only if you have cash and working UPI.

PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. Rice in the sizzler was sticky. It looked like khichdi. Even taste was worst. Pav bhaji was like they mixed few left over gravies and served to us. Also price of food were damn high. Quantity is too low. Look the pic of starter I ordered. Some weird name and they said you will get 8 pieces. But those 8 pieces were like the size of small eraser. In the name of fusion, they are literally serving anything and that too tasteless and at high prices. PLS PLS PLS avoid this place and don't waste your money. There are hundred other better options available in Ghatkopar.

The service was very very poor, they are understaffed. They take atleast 45 mins to serve the starters and an hour for sizzler. We had to tell the staff to clear the plates. Even French fries takes over 30 mins to serve.

We went to this resturant 2 times We found hair in the food...inspite of saying It still we got hair.. I woulf nver recomend this resturant to anyone

they said district app is not allowed at there outlet even though you are live On app
