Walked into the Palladium Mall outlet expecting a quick coffee, stayed for the immaculate vibes. 🌿✨ This space is aesthetically stunning—so cozy, spacious, and undeniably classy. The best surprise? Reconnecting with Sushma, our favorite barista from the Nariman Point days! It was such a happy moment to see her. She hasn't lost her touch; she brewed the most perfect cup of coffee, hitting that sweet spot just the way we like it. Amazing ambience + Sushma’s coffee skills = The perfect outlet. We will definitely be back! 🤍

We recently visited the Blue Tokai store at Phoenix Palladium, and the service was amazing. The staff Umesh was warm and welcoming, and was truly wonderful. He was exceptionally helpful and very accommodative, especially when it came to assisting us with our orders. Highly appreciate his service!

The mushroom pasta was really dry and sticky, like heated day old pasta from the fridge. Good quality has steadily declined over the years.
