Me and wife love this place and are there without fail every weekend and sometime during the week as well. Coffee is amazing and hands down better than some of the big names around. I do see that the staff takes care every time preparing the coffee in terms of weight and strength of the extract and that is what differentiates you guys from the rest. But what that means is a delay in serving the coffee which has improved over the course of time but for me totally worth the time. A couple of suggestions: 1. Service is bit slow - maybe you can try and see how to improve this. I think your rating will shoot through the roof 2. I love the salads - but maybe I would prefer if there was more choice 3. Last but not the least - The milk - you are only coffee place which does not offer Almond Milk as a choice which is a big dampener for me. Pls look into that and include Unsweetened one in the menu.

I have been recommended by a lot of my friends that their coffees are one of the best in town. I visited this place the day before Christmas and tried out their seasonal special i.e. Spanish iced latte which was really good with a hint of cinnamon. I was disappointed with their toasted bagel with cream cheese. It was very hard and I couldn't swallow. Still I'll rate it 4 because their coffee was really good

Visited this place for bfast today at 10 am , 23rd June 2024 I am here to highlight the unhygienic Standards at this cafe! This place was swarming with houseflies as soon as we entered the place! Not only we found them flying around us at the tackle but they are seen comfortably sitting on chairs and dead ones lying on the ground! It was a very unpleasant experience as we could not feel safe consuming food here and we wrapped up in half hour n left this place It was surprising to see a banner stock on the wall explain how blue Tokai Adopts 12 golden rules but the very first point was not adhered to! This place a health hazard and wonder how the license is granted to operate a food serving place Food rating : I rate it a 3

We are a regular here and love their bagels off late the quality has gone down. Bagels feel stale and the taste is no longer same. They started serving a crumbly substitute for cream cheese which neither tastes or appears like real cream cheese. My appeal to the management would be to maintain the recipes and quality which is something people come to you for. Also need to do something for so many flies totally unacceptable from hygiene standards.

It’s genuinely very average, Suchali’s products are holding the place together. Their coffee is sub par and snacks are just ok. Looks great, but wasn’t the best. I’ve definitely had better.

used to be a pet friendly restaurant and was one of our fav breakfast places in Powai .. sadly not pet friendly anymore and hence we don't visit now

One weekday evening, while out for a stroll, we decided to stop by for coffee and luckily, we managed to find a vacant table. The ambience, however, was quite dosappointing. The café is small, with tables placed very close to each other and the air conditioning doesn’t cool the space very well. What made it more frustrating was that several tables were occupied by people working on laptops for hours, making it difficult for walk in customers to find seating. We tried their Vienna Latte and Iced Mocha, both cold coffees. The Vienna Latte was genuinely delicious — rich and creamy The condensed milk complements the coffee beautifully and elevates the flavour, though it would have been better served in a bigger quantity. The Iced Mocha, unfortunately, was a complete let down. It tasted extremely watery with too much ice — a definite 1/5. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I wouldn’t return. Blue Tokai, Powai was quite a disappointment

we ordered Guacamole on toast whoch mentioned soft boiled eggs and microgreens... but got hard boiled eggs and NO microgreens - only coriander as garnish... not expected from a big reputed brand like blue tokai

I went there for a cup of coffee after my morning run at 7.20am on a Sunday. The place had just one guest. Yet the three staff were seemingly busy. I kept asking who will take my order but the guy behind the counter was least interested so I left.
