Great food. The Masala Tea, Alfredo Penne Pasta, Americano and French Fries were all exceptionally good. The ambience was quite nice. The music being played was also really nice. And the service was 10/10. Overall 10/10 Would definitely recommend.

BCH has been my go-to cafe for over 7 years. decent coffee and food, a relaxed ambiance and zero pretentiousness. great for relaxed, lazy hangs - you won't feel rushed to finish and leave.

Aglio Olio pasta (chicken) - 5/5 was delicious and good portion size as well. Lemon Ice tea - 4/5 Personally, I would like a bit more of the lemon tea flavour.

I visited Bombay Coffee House today on 16th March with a friend, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. We ordered two filter coffees and a serving of garlic bread. The coffee lacked flavor and depth, resembling unfiltered water. The garlic bread appeared stale, as if it had been left out for several days. When we brought these issues to the waiter’s attention, he assured us he would inform the manager. However, there was no follow-up or acknowledgment from the management, leaving us feeling neglected. It seemed as though the manager had a dismissive attitude toward our concerns. While the ambiance is pleasant and the establishment is clean, the service quality is subpar. The staff would benefit from professional training to enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally, proactive management could significantly improve the overall dining experience.

I had heard good things about this place, but my experience was quite disappointing. First, despite requesting a table change as our seat was near the door with the sun directly on us, the staff was unhelpful and refused to accommodate us. Next, we ordered the Old School Cold Coffee, which was very disappointing. The service was extremely slow—just one watermelon juice took nearly 15-25 minutes to arrive, and the quantity was quite small.. never going back nor gonna suggest to anyone ever🙂

Horrible wait staff, unintelligent, asking the same question ten times. Then messing up the order. Kept moving our tables around. Food was also shit. AC wasn’t working. There was a Katka lying outside next to our table. And to top it all off… I found HAIR in my food. Worst experience ever. 0/10.
