Shruti was amazing! Recommended some banging cocktails. The staff was super friendly and also gave me a custard pie from their side for my birthday The vibes are IMMACULATE - the music is everything. Definitely visiting again.

We called for Santra season cocktail, pahadi cocktail, Lallantop & whistle podu. their standard chakhna was good with all their cocktails. love the music & lil quirks they have going on. must visit with old friends and new 💯🙌🏻

ambience good, drinks decent, our servers were good, food okayish, drinks can have some more sweeter options i feel music was super loud though, otherwise an 8/10 experience loved the intro starter shots and chakna plate

Bombay Daak is actually a great restaurant. But the people who run the phones- Glen in particular, is the most toxic, manipulative and insincere people i have ever come across in hospitality. I called a week in advance to make a booking for this Friday. They said that they don’t take reservations that much in advance, and that they would call on Monday to confirm my reservation for 8pm. I call them the following Thursday, (one day before said reservation)- not only have they not kept my reservation, but they are gaslighting me on the timing i provided them with. I started to get very upset, and I’m not one to get easily upset - and this Glen kept gaslighting me, saying that i would have my reservation then saying it would not be possible- only to tell me that i can have a reservation at 930. This went on for a while, and then a Glen asked for a Booking fee of 4000Rs (yes, you read that right) after i had myself offered to pay 1000 as a booking fee so that they honour my booking. This is the precise moment where i lost this. Glen, if you’re reading this - i hope you use this opportunity to make big changes in your life. I have never been treated by a restaurant in this way. Truly disgusting. Shocking that you let your people talk to customers in this way

My experience at Bombay Daak was extremely disappointing. I genuinely don’t understand the Instagram hype around this place. The restaurant itself is quite small, and the seating is uncomfortable with wobbly tables — not the kind of setup you’d expect at these prices. We ordered a prawn dish priced at ₹680 + tax, and were shocked to receive just two small prawns. That’s honestly unacceptable. The cocktails were another letdown — served with oversized ice, which makes it feel like you’re paying more for ice than for the actual drink. Overall, the value for money here is just not justified. Definitely not a place I’d recommend if you’re looking to spend your hard-earned money wisely.

I went there last week and was highly disappointed. The place is overrated , had a bad experience with the cocktails being bland and when we complained (we were just informed that the cocktail is like this only) and the service.. after spending close 20K in the place.. the staff was very disinterested in explaining the cocktails or engaging, had to literally ask for the other server about the cocktails .. bad experience.

I see that a lot of reviews I had read earlier on the food poisoning bouts experienced by people have surreptitiously been deleted. Went for dinner and drinks yesterday and all four of us were vomiting and had severe diarrhoea just after the meal. Something is going terribly wrong at this place and it's all being swept under the rug.
