Absolutely love this place. Everything is top notch. We are regulars here and we love their rasgulla tiramisu and avo papdi chaat. The service by Sudin, Kailash and Karan at the Kala Ghoda shop was great too. Go here without any doubts. Would recommend this 10/10

BSS has given Kala Ghoda regulars an alternative to the coffee shop/breakfast spots that dominate in the area. The chaat, sandwiches, dessert and seasonal menu always impress. And they have a vegan cold coffee to boot!

We visited today and placed our order for two things at one go. One of which was the chole bhature mezze platter. Our first dish which was pani puri got over and we were waiting for the mezze platter. Then another customer comes in, orders the same platter and within the next 5 minutes, the platter is served to them. We waited at least 20 mins for our mezze platter to arrive. Anyone can figure out what happened: we placed the order, another customer walked in and our order went to them since they wanted each table to have some food but we waited 20 mins!! It's just poor management. Also, their mango passion fruit tres leches was HORRIBLE. The 'cream' looked like it had curdled, and had a bad texture overall. Will not visit again since I discovered MANY of their hyped items are available only in Bandra. Why visit another branch if they can't maintain the same menu. Poor menu and service.

It was a Pathetic experience .. the staff is very rude and the worst service i could ever experience.. firstly they don't attend the customers 10 times we have to call them and still no response .. when we gave our order we dint told us the kitchen is getting closed give all ur order togther .. while we were just having... we called them so many times then one person attended us .. we were placing the order .. he said its not their.. then we ordered something else then he said evryhting is over the kitchen is closed... they didn't attended us well ... no response very disrespect team of Fort's Bombay Sweet Shop... they had the rasmalai and rasgulla but they dint allow us to eat after insisting them so much ... very disappointing 😡😡😡
