We drove from Cotton Green to go to this new outlet and they show their closing time as 12 pm but by when we reached there at 10:15 pm it was already shut , such an absolute waste of time and energy please update your correct timings and also pick up the call on the number you provide. They do not even answer , extremely disappointing.

wish I could give negative rating but zomato doest not allow . 250 for a soft serve, ice-cream tasted nothing different and unique .it was worst than jumboking vanilla softy which costs hardly rs 25 and excessive charges for topping .Lotus biscoff ice-cream was total rip-off very disappointed

I ordered the Raspberry cheesecake ice cream. And not a speck of raspberry. It was like vanilla ice cream with biscuit. Horrible and rubbish. Not worth the price or hype. They don’t care about their products anymore.

don't visit after seeing all the ig promotional videos. they had only 5 options and all tasted horrible. only redeeming point was ambience
