Not a martini fan by a mile but absolutely loveddd the jalapeno martini. Nice job on that. The shrimp tostada was terrible, please take it off the menu. And the cosmo wasn't great either. Definitely worth checking out the vibe! 5/5 for the fun I had, but that's more of a company thing :) The staff was really sweet, too!

Very bad experience with respect to service regarding drinks here. I ordered for a wine which tasted wrong when I tasted. I requested for a replacement upon which my glass was promptly taken back. However, when the bill arrived I was charged for the wine as well. When pointed out, the manager, Farook said that once charged we cannot refund. This is quite absurd since such thing was not mentioned earlier. This is the only reason why I will not visit or recommend the place again as I did not appreciate such an attitude instead of a probability of any service recovery. The server , kalandeep was courteous but helpless because of the managers orders. Unpleasant and unexpected from a property that’s been in the city since a while.

Ambience not at all good. food served was less in quantity, expensive and with average taste. Worst of all was service and the manager. initially they asked us to sit on the corner in an empty restro, still we sat in our desirable place and they asked us to move once the crowd comes. while billing, it got paid twice, mistake from my side. and we asked politely to return it and they said that it will be transferred after 3-4 days as they don't have the money (3300). this was conveyed very rudely by the manager farooq. not at all recommended. one of the worst restro experiences.

Ashish and Sooraj need to learn a little bit about hospitality and how to serve customers, I will be at the restaurant in the daytime soon enough to review the staff and ensure that the staff is up to the standard of a party scene in Bandra, quite disappointed with the rudeness and egoism I faced with the aforementioned staff members, all I can hope is that their behaviour is taken into consideration and rectified at the earliest, extremely disappointing experience

I’ve been a regular customer here, and today I was surprised by the rude response from the staff when I simply asked for water. I understand policies, but there’s a way to communicate with customers, and this wasn’t it. It’s disappointing when a place I frequent doesn’t prioritize basic respect.

Very weird reply By the guy standing downstairs.He said…did you book a table?if not I can’t let you in.Since when did bonobo stop people from hanging out by the bar.Have been here before but I guess they have changed their entry policy.Sad to see this kind of behaviour from the staff and management.

Won’t recommend this place. One can’t figure whether there is any alcohol in the cocktails and martini’s they serve. Food is below average for the price charged. It’s a good example of how these places are surviving by giving bare minimal service and quality.

The food here is bad! We ordered the pizza which was both raw and over cooked at the same time. How strange is that! Also the lotus stem was very soft. Eating here is best avoided

They said our kitchen shuts at 10:30 PM. Also, the service is pathetic because there is nobody to serve.
