I recently visited Booze and Kitchen at Star Mall, Dadar and it was an amazing experience! 😍 The food was absolutely delicious, the ambience was classy and vibrant, and the staff were super polite and friendly. The overall vibe just hits differently! 💫 I went there on a Sunday, and the live music 🎶 made the evening even more special. Definitely one of the best places to chill, eat, and enjoy good music in Dadar. Highly recommended! 👏🔥

The food quality was too bad We ordered Chicken popcorns it was 12 pcs for Rs 329 Chicken Crispy the chicken was stale it didn’t cut in pcs even after pressing harder. The pcs were hard it was a small portion for high price. Totally waste. we changed it and second time they served was same again. Worst was Hakka noodles (chicken) it was smelly like rotten eggs we changed that too again served and it was worst again we retuned it and left the place and went to a restaurant just opposite to the Star mall. The service people (waiters) are really cooperative and helpful they helped us Food quality (worst) and quantity (portions) needs a high inspection

I had a very disappointing experience at Booze & Kitchen. I had already paid ₹750 to book a table through Zomato and even called the restaurant in advance to confirm the reservation. Despite this, when we arrived, the staff refused to give us the booked table. The staff behaved extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of resolving the issue, the owner did not come forward to help and avoided speaking with us directly. They even asked the in-house singer to talk to us instead of handling the matter themselves, which was very unprofessional. Our entire evening was spoiled because of their poor management and lack of basic customer service. To make matters worse, they were not even willing to refund the booking amount. Very disappointing experience. I would strongly request others to think twice before visiting this place.

Such a horrible experience! After placing our starter order, it took half an hour to arrive. We had also placed our main course order, but little did we know they hadn’t even punched it in. We waited another half hour — absolutely terrible! No communication between the kitchen and the service staff. And we also paid ₹1160 for just a starter and a mojito — for what? After paying the bill, the service staff came running towards us to ask if we had really paid, showing me the bill. Such audacity!

Such a horrible experience never ever goona visit this place,after having too many seats vacant, they denied me to book the table from Zomato because they dont want me to pay the bill through zomato you'll people cannot look into what guest preference would be and the staff was too unprofessional no knowledge about food what they are serving 0% for hospitality....

“Most pathetic and overhyped place ever! Total scam. Their menu and Instagram are full of fake offers — none of which actually exist when you visit. Everything you ask for is either ‘out of stock’ or ‘not available.’ Absolute nonsense hype .👎👎👎👎

worst experience i had there was a hair in my chicken 65 the waiter was asking me what can i do he was clueless one soup fir an hour i waited for its a big no!!!
