After a long time I got a perfect biryani. Food is really good in terms of teast and quality. Quantity is also more than enough for one person. I really happy with your quality of food. Raita was excellent and Fresh green salad.

Recently went to BBC with family for lunch. Even the food is good their service is slow. Need to wait very long for each food and even for the bill. Nobody is concerned with the customers. Lack of coordination among the staff. On top of that AC was also not working properly. Really pathetic experience!!

I felt very disappointed when I went to the BBC restaurant in Chikoo Wadi on 27th december 2025 to celebrate with my entire family. We ordered biryani and found a hair in it. I felt very bad because this was the third time this has happened.The first time, they served stale biryani. The second time, there was hair in the food, but I did not take any photo or video and decided we would not come again. However, this time again, there was hair in the biryani, so I took photos and videos.What shocked me the most was that the manager still asked for the full bill and did not even replace the order. And they even added the cost of a cold drink that we had brought from home without asking us. You can see it clearly on the bill—it has been written with a pen....From today onwards, I have decided never to come here again. My family and people from my society will also not visit BBC anymore. I am not provoking anyone; I am just saying that if you go there, please be careful about hygiene.If that hair had gone into someone’s lungs, what could have happened? The hotel staff does not seem to care. What was even more surprising was that when I informed the hotel seniors (higher authority) about the issue, they themselves said, “You must have put the hair in the food. If you have a problem, don’t come to the hotel.”Big surprise reply gt....Sorry to say, we will not visit again...👎👎

Very high order to table time, we waited for more than 20 mins. They gave one piece less in lollipop than what was committed on menu. Seekh kabab was super dry and biryani was tasteless.

Worst service they didn’t even give full refund, fraudsters. They didn’t send a single piece of mutton meat, only 3 large bones and fats. Will not recommend to anyone.
