We visited Bottocino in Trident BKC on Diwali day for dinner. There are a number of things we liked about this place. Firstly, the food was excellent and each and every dish was perfect right from the complementary bread platter (the bread was as soft as clouds and the pesto dip was very subtle) to the two pasta dishes to the tiramisu (which was different from the regular and was out of the world). The next was the service by Mr. Puia and team. Mr. Puia was extremely kind, helpful and very pleasant to interact with. He helped us select a wine which we liked and also helped us with selecting the best pasta. Lastly, the ambience, the place was extremely comfortable and ambient noise was to a minimum so if you like a peaceful dinner this is the place to be. Overall, we had a great time here and this is excellent stuff.

Overall great experience. Food was delicious and mouth watering. The service was up to the mark but one server was not familiar with menu items and it's availability so another server assisted me and that server was very attentive and personally ensured that that I had a highly satisfying experience. The place is also very quiet without any loud music or noise making it perfect for a peaceful meal.

RECENTLY I VISITED THIS RESTAURANT WITH MY MOTHER AND BELIEVE ME THE FOOD WAS TOP NOACH. FOOD WAS MADE IN SO PROPER WAY THAT YOU CAN NOT SAY THEY MADE ANY MISTAKE IN IT. THE MANAGER MR. ABIR MALIK ATTEND US, THE SERVER WAS ALSO GOOD AND FRIENDLY. PEOPLE WRITE WRONG THAT THE FOOD IS OVERLY CHARGED. MUST VISIT THIS PLACE.

We got here late at night for dessert and although the kitchen was closed staff member Neha went out of her way to organise three portions of their heavenly tiramisu. Totally worth it. Thank you, Neha.

Excellent ambience. Super elegant. Quiet comfortable romantic. Food is superb, tasty, super presentation, lots of choices, including vegetarian. Prices on the higher side, portion sizes small. Recommend Overloaded Tiramisu. Service superb. Great for business or romantic dinner

Elizabeth was spot on with her recommendations for food and sauces to pair it with - insisted we try the salmon grill and it was exceptional. Mosquitoes were a problem - should have been handled better.
