I visited this restaurant last week with my family , actually the restaurant was closed but there was a guy called hriday who let us sit there and the food and service was too good staff was supportive and polite. must recommend

the food was ok, not worth the money. You’d be better off eating outside. initially they denied me for paying through district, saying that breakfast menu is not applicable. after insisting, they agreed. be careful.

The waiter was drunk, high enough to not even walk properly or take orders correctly, he served veg dish saying it's non veg he gave bill of someone's else menu , half of the starter was not served , the masala papad came after main course, lot of items was not served and later said we cannot serve without informing, they were unwelcoming in terms of order taking, they were okay if we leave without giving them business

The restaurant does not have buffet. Their a la carte menu is limited which i had to be careful to order which is popular there. The ambience is oldish and tables & table mats are stained. No one seen in this restaurant besides me. I won’t recommend it at all. The photos shown the app are looking good as the photographer who shot them did it in past and has great skills to help them sell this.

food quality was very bad. we ordered lasagna and the portions served were only good for a person, not sufficient for 2. veggies used for preparation of lasagna were stale and tasted foul. this has been the worst experience of all Bougainvillea s. very disappointed!

The food quality is pathetic. I ordered manchow soup, and they prepared the soup as if it is a combination of just water and soya sauce. The taste was horrible. Don’t ever go to this restaurant. Even the service is poor, took them 45 mins to just make soup.

no one was there to attend the customers.....plz check their CCTV footage.....no one to attend customers. about food....this is not place for food.... except Roti nothing was good and fresh.

Absolutely unprofessional management. They had a buffet for 50 guests ans therefore they refused to take walkins but kept bookings open on Zomato with cover charge of 200
