We ordered jain vegetable roll it was very cheesy. For main course we ordered jain Chinese pot rice which was decent. Will rate the food here 3.5/5.

Visited Bouganvilla Restaurant near Ghatkopar station. Ordered Sabzi Mirchi Nazakat with rotis the sabzi was just okay, nothing special. Later ordered jeera rice and dal fry, but the dal fry didn’t have salt, which was disappointing. The only good part is the location, as it’s very close to Ghatkopar station, and they offer a multi-cuisine menu. However, the prices feel a bit high compared to the food quality.

I recently visited this restaurant with my family, including a 3-year-old child. Since it was around 10:40 PM, we asked if they could provide ghee idli for the child, but they informed us it wasn’t available. Considering the situation, we got plain idli from a nearby place specifically for the child. However, when we brought the food inside, the staff strictly refused to allow outside food. While I understand general policies, a little flexibility for a small child would have been appreciated—something many reputed restaurants do accommodate. What was more disappointing was the manager’s attitude. Instead of handling the situation politely, he responded in a rude and dismissive manner, even asking if we wanted the bill as we decided to leave. This kind of behavior is not expected in the hospitality industry. Overall, the lack of empathy and poor customer handling left a bad impression. I would not recommend this place, especially for families with young children.

Disappointing Service & Rigid Policies We visited with a 3-year-old at 10:40 PM, but the restaurant couldn't provide a simple child-friendly meal like ghee idli. When we brought in plain idli from elsewhere specifically for the child, the staff strictly refused to allow it lacking the flexibility most reputed establishments show for toddlers.The real letdown, however, was the manager’s rude and dismissive attitude…Rather than being empathetic, he was unprofessional and hurried us toward the bill as we chose to leave.Poor customer handling and zero empathy. I would not recommend this place for families with young children.

Well being new to ghatkopar area was very excited to visit this restaurant with such good reviews!! Went for sisters birthday dinner. Frankly the food was nice taste wise but the way it was served was bad.. they get a sizzling brownie where the plate is very hot resulting in complete burnt taste.. then they get us rotis all dark and burnt.. and worst of all .. each and everyone of us fell sick immediately the next day after the dinner.. some severe FOOD INFECTION developed after eating here.. I am definitely not visiting this place ever again!!!!! Not sure why am I giving it a star as well

The food was quite ordinary! No taste at all. The staff was not well mannered. They lack in culinary skills. They were spilling the food while serving. Although they allowed us to sit for a while after the lunch, the manager had audacity to tell us to leave the place. Believe me the place was neither crowded nor there was waiting outside. This was very shocking for us. They need the training in both cooking, culinary skills and off course manners in treating the customers. Overall bad experience.

# disappointed I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the staff’s behaviour . The manager was also quite rude and unprofessional. Simple request was not accepted for not providing food to a 3 year old baby , and there was a clear lack of courtesy and respect toward customers. It made the overall dining experience unpleasant and uncomfortable. I hope the management takes this seriously and works on improving staff attitude and customer service.

Got Food Poisoning A bunch of us went for a birthday dinner. All of us got FOOD POISONING later. Staff service was nice but probably the food isn’t hygienic which led to the food poisoning! Never visiting this restaurant again.
