The ambience and feel of the place is excellent. Food was very good, especially the mushroom starter and the pizzas.

We visited BBC Lower Parel to celebrate my sister's birthday with our family on 11th July 2026 and what should have been a memorable evening was completely spoiled by the behavior of the manager, Mr. Jadhav. While we were dancing, my husband whistled in the excitement of the celebration. Instead of handling the situation professionally and politely, Mr. Jadhav approached us in an extremely rude, arrogant, and intimidating manner. He came right up to our faces, spoke aggressively, and showed absolutely no respect or courtesy towards us. What was even more disappointing was that his own staff members were trying to explain the situation and calm things down, but he refused to listen. His conduct reflected a complete lack of professionalism, customer sensitivity, and basic hospitality. As a family celebrating a special occasion, we expected respectful communication, not confrontation. A good manager knows how to de-escalate situations with courtesy. Unfortunately, Mr. Jadhav's attitude did exactly the opposite and left us with a very unpleasant experience. This level of customer service is unacceptable for a hospitality establishment. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and provides appropriate training on customer handling and professional conduct. Based on this experience, I would think twice before visiting again or recommending this place to others.

Had done prior reservation of the table but there was still waiting for 15 mins and we got to adjust with the upper side area where the vibes were missing, they didn’t seem to be much interested in providing the service, the willingness to serve was missing, the manager told us to complain on Zomato for the waiting period so is this the review. If there are no tables available for a particular time then please do not accept reservations of those tables is what I would want to say. I was not only the one but there were other customers as well who were in the waiting. So please check into this.

worst place more than 1 hour we waited for good to serve and when we ask to waiters why it's too long he is saying all of them are waiting more than one hour but food tastes is good

i have 0 idea about their hygiene. i gota cockroach in my bill booklet. how can a cockaorach appear in the bill booklet? what does this say about the hygiene of the place?

the prices had gone 2X i had pot rice 2 months back at 450 and today they directly made it 750 same taste same quantity and additional a strand of hair in it

Do not book, they never have tables available. This whole process is just gimmick.
