We had ordered fried chicken burger, periperi chicken meal and chicken thai pot rice. All of these things were good. But the service was very slow. Overall the ambiance is fine, taste is very nice but service was super slow.

We had a pathetic experience today at Brunch Bar cafe. It was very warm inside the restaurant since they had put off the AC we ordered Nutella waffle and were told after 35 mins after asking that they have some issue with waffle machine hence cannot make it. We had also ordered veg crispy and pink sauce pasta. It took more than 45 minutes for pasta. While pasta was served, we started suffocating inside the restaurant. Upon enquiring we we tr told that there is some power failure. We took out plates and walked downstairs and went outdoors. eventually settled outdoors but it was too hot outside and we were not dressed for same. Somehow we managed to eat what we ordered and were told that no new order can be serviced. Such a disappointment really. The staff was least bothered to attend us rather showing their back and giving excuses, forget courtesy. With no option left we asked for the bill and were given a handwritten bill with an extra item we didn't order at all. We had to actually get into an argument to get a legitimate receipt or a handwritten one. We paid via Zomato. Request Zomato to please take cognizance of this when you recommend us a restaurant and be mindful before charging gold customers upfront for booking charges rather cover charge. Food was delicious and no complaints about what was served. Pasta was piping hot and crispy veg was also good. We were offered pancakes instead of waffle and it was a disappointment and not value for money. I am giving two stars for food quality and hope Zomato acts based on customer review. Thank you

We went for brunch. The Staff provided us the menu card, however half of the menu was not available. They gave us weekdays unlimited menu for brunch, then they said it was not available. So we ordered veg english breakfast and veg club sandwich. It took 35-40 mins to prepare, in which we got frozen food like aloo tikki patty, a few pieces of watermelon, Nutella, 2 slice,toast etc Not at all recommended.

We went to this place after booking via swiggy. When asked for the bill, they refused to accept payment via swiggy which had a 15% discount. Another customer beside me faced same issue. After debating a lot, they agreed to get paid vis swiggy but then, they increased the bill by adding service charge and gst. They denied removing service charge as well. The place was spooky, full of mosquitos and waiter was also quite rude. Has been one of worst experiences and ruined our entire mood. Avoid visiting this place!

We visited today for brunch and à la carte. While taking the order, the supervisor did not inform us that certain items were unavailable. We arrived before 1:30 PM, but even by 3:00 PM, our order was not properly served, with the excuse that they were busy with online orders. At the time of payment, they refused to accept Zomato payment, despite the booking being made through Zomato. The service was very poor, and the table arrangement was also not managed properly.
