Great food. Love the customised fries. Chicken burgers are great. Hygiene is good. Went their late, so got some extra sauces on my fries too. Staff was kind enough to stay back for additional half n hour post the closing time.

Chicken with fries have a perfect combination here.. The burger fries factory in vileparle gives you variety of option to choose upon. You can select your own sauces and chicken. One of my favorite place for a quick grab...

this is also from mid week, was good experience with them, quality fries, with unique makings, nashos was good, hygiene maintained, cooperative staff, all and all perfect snacks

Order: Bhut Jolokia and Potato Crispy Burgers. Service: Zomato Service. Order came within 30 minutes. Ratings - 4.5/5 Quality: Potato Crispy Burger was good, the taste was nice. But the most disappointing burger was Bhut Jolokia Burger. It was written Extra Spicy on Zomato, well it wasn't a bit spicy! No spice at all. Disappointed with that burger. Ratings - 3/5 Overall: The burgers are good, but I doubt I'll give a try from here. Ratings - 3/5

The Burgers were very dry in spite of paying extra for sauces There was no lettuce when we paid extra for the same Delivery was not in the time frame of thirty five minutes

The burgers are pretty average in taste and smallish for the price. The fries smell kinda weird. Overall nothing great but if you have to try something, go for the Tandoori Chicken burger. The Grilled Chicken one is too sweet due to excessive bbq sauce.

No place to seat and eat, worst salads ever , Cheese mayo fries are commended Nothing great on quantity . Located on busy corner which is an advantage

Ordered for a almighty burger and fresh lime soda. Pls check the picture attached. If this is how a burger is delivered by burger fries factory,well, you have achieved a new low in delivery and services. The cheese was on the foil (as can be seen) and of course the foil was in the burger(guess that's the specialty). The bun was bundled till it had broken into pieces. I think a jumbo vada pao does a better job of service and delivery ethics. Mind you this was ordered for our client at office.

I ordered non veg salad bowl...it was tasting good but was not worth the money spent...hardly any chicken that I was able to find in it...if I count it was jus 15 to 16 small minuscule cubes ...not worth spending Rs. 230 for it..not enough veggies as well.. :( :( :( Gave 1 star only for good taste
