I wanted to bring to your attention an incident that occurred during my recent visit to your Bay location. I had ordered a Non Veg Combo Burger, but was served a Veg Burger instead. When I pointed out the mistake to the staff, there was no simple apology offered. Instead, the order was changed without any acknowledgment or courtesy, as if I was asking for a favor. I believe that such behavior from the staff does not reflect well on Burger King's reputation for customer service. I kindly request that you address this issue with the staff at the Bay location to ensure that similar incidents are handled more appropriately in the future.

I placed an order for a burger and a wrap. This outlet couldn’t ready the order in 45 minutes also (the total time for an order to be prepared and delivered) they finally prepared the order in 55 minutes and asked for another 5 minutes to hand it over to the delivery partner who had been waiting below the mall since the order was placed. This has to be one of the worst operated and managed Burger King outlet I have seen. Never ordering from this outlet in the future.

Pathetic device one should never visit this place or order anything from this outlet Worst service manager of this outlet and Burger King Management should take action against the staff here they tell-lie to customer . Took 50 mins for 2 burger and every time I call they say order has been handed over to delivery guy. Delivery guy stood there for 30 mins and Burger King staff doesn’t care about this. Worst experience ever

Burger King has very very poor service. I had billed a total of Rs 400rs. I ordered two burgers from it. Crispy Chicken Burger & B'k Chicken Burger. Got one of those burgers. The other burger is Crispy Chicken Burger I haven't got it yet. I am on call at burger king call after call. But no one is giving me proper response. Everyone is saying it will come in 5 minutes. Ordered at 2.50 pm, haven't received it yet.

Burger was lying on the counter for 10 mins. cold coffee was lying on the counter for 5 mins. I was standing right there and asking for the order and the staff acted hard of hearing. order display is not up-to-date and staff is lethargic and uninterested in working the service counter. burger is stone cold now.

I was already told to burger King I don't want tomato in burger still there in tomato in burger I was put remark when placing the order I think they don't care or they useless I never eat tomato bcz I have allergy if tomorrow anything happens on my body then only burger King is responsible for that

I order fiery burger and there was hair in the food. Unhygienic yuck 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 never ordering again. I threw it in dustbin. The taste also was not that good
