Today I ordered chicken burger and medium fries which was good. Delivery was fast and the packaging was good. Burger was good and stomach fulling

This outlet is located in k star mall chembur. They serve amazing burgers. The staff is friendly and the service if this outlet is really fast.

Had ordered Tikki twist burger & Berry blast milkshake. Terrible is an understatement.Pattice was barely Crunchy & sauces were completely out of proportion,lettuce the basic requirement for burger was hardly there.Live upto your brand name.Milkshake was nice.Burger has a lot of scope for improvement.

My order was delayed, from chembur to Tilak Nagar 1.5 hr was taken to deliver it. The burger and fries all were cold so couldn't enjoy. Also the cold drink was not cool. Disappointed

I ordered from Burger King at 11 pm and they accepted my order. But I waited for 1.5 hrs and they didn’t even prepare my order nor they cancelled or informed me. Till 12:30 they were accepting order but when i called them they didn’t even pick up my call. Burger King this is not how you do customer service. Similarly before that.. once when i went to order over the counter they made me wait for 10 mints where noone came to take my order, even when there was no line. And finally when they came they said it’s unavailable. Such unprofessional way of behaving with customers.

#burgerking Please close all your outlets if you are not interested to deliver our orders. Everytime you guys come up with something new as a mistake that it seems maybe this would be your marketing strategy ki aaj kaise customer ko disappoint kare. And I think you guys can really afford a communication device where our so called Zomato and swiggy CSR people can reach out when you do such goofups.

I ordered 2 burgers online from zomato from u r restaurant did not deliver the order by checking after 1 Hour for delivery time it was showing delivered after calling delivery boy he gave another number after having conversation he told order will be delivered in few minits bet after some time both the numbers were switched off verry bad experience

I have ordered a Medium meal. but I haven't received burger & the small fries but after calling that outlet they told me it's a wrong number then switched off the phone. Terrible experience
