I liked the quantity of the meal. The fries always taste delicious of burger kind. But this time the burger was not up to the mark. I did loved the crispiness, but the cheesiness was not as per the expectations

Crowded place and burger was not that tasty as the present. Not worthy for 50 also and pepsi float was full of ice only & froth. No pepsi no ice cream

I recently visited the Burger King outlet at Byculla. The staff, especially the lady assisting at the self-kiosk, was very helpful and guided us through the ordering process. However, the experience was disappointing. The Coke in our meal was served warm with no ice, and there was no ice available in the kitchen either. Shockingly, there was no water at the outlet, which is a basic necessity. The ambience was uncomfortable as the air conditioning wasn't effective. Service needs improvement, especially in these areas.

Where are the tomatoes!? What’s the point of ordering the whooper when you can’t do a simple task of adding what is actually mentioned in the ingredients!?

3rd class restaurant,don't preferred BK, go for Md for best service,BK all store staff switch off he is store phone... And he's coustomer service also.. they don't reply u... Waste of time and money... They dont no value of guest timing... I'm call this store number of time they switch off... Still not received my order more then 60min... I'm not satisfied with BK..

so i order online through swiggy and i order 9 burger get only 8 burgers, tried reaching the byculla outlet no response from them. please if ur order a big irder dont order from here they scam you.... i still not get refundor my burger....very much disappointed.

I am very disappointed with this outlet of burger specially I love burger king but in this they don’t have food from their own menu and taste was really bad please save your money from not ordering or not going to Burger King’s byculla outlet

Their taste quality is going down day by day and when they have to send online orders through zomato or swiggy they goof up there too by sending incomplete orders. i ordered a burger and latte and they sent me only the burger.

U can see in the picture literally nothing in the burger there is only tikki and before that i got burnt tikki this is my 2nd time i got burger like this plzz look forward into this matter
