We visited this place for evening snacks while we were in the RCity Mall. Burgers were good, thick shakes were okayish. Malls are usually very quick with order processing, this particular outlet had few employees who were busy in themselves and hardly paid any attention to the customer.

so so so bad n pathetic service I m waiting fur order for 2 hours now .it's 10 mins from my house but r city burger kind socks with zomato service...my son is hungry n we r waiting fir more than 2 hours for simple fast food.zomato guy also said he us waiting to collect order but restaurant is delaying from their side.Plse do not take orders if u cannot fulfil service .

I received the parcel and everything is completely soaked. The Coke has leaked all over the food, the fries are wet, and even the burger is ruined. This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. How are we supposed to eat this? i have full video that I opened from start and there not any option to post video but I will take action for this

I complaint about the late issue the directly cancelled my order after I wanted for 1 hour so disrespectful and gave rewards and told to order again and wait again for 1 hr no service at all Not perfectly cooked and sauce and other stuff were less in quantity as if just want to full fill order not good service at all

i ordered food via zomato and my order delayed over 1 hour and the delivery location was nearby. pathetic service and no response from management in regards to delay nor able to connect to the fast food restaurant.

Very bad experience, managers lie about food being delivered. Never ordering from Burger King ever again. If u don’t have bandwidth to cater to the customers do not accept the orders.

ordered 9 nos of burger but they packed only 8 nos ...paid complete bill ..they have no contact number and they dont even have any contact details..pathetic service..froud people

This is the worst outlet of burger king i have event seen no customer courtesy , no management , please if you don't want to waste your time never order from this outlet

Please opt for mc Donald's or Wendy's, i have worst customer experience with them. Service is very sad and poor
