I had a really disappointing experience at this Burger King outlet. The AC cooling was poor, and the seating was shaky. I ordered the Korean meal, but their card machine wasn’t working, which caused a delay. After payment, they said the Korean burger wasn’t available and offered to replace it with another meal — claiming it was more expensive — but it was actually cheaper. It felt dishonest, like they were trying to fool customers. The fries didn’t have any salt, and there was no soap at the wash basin. Overall, poor service and only okay food.

The worst ever experience i had at burger king. first of all they didn’t have manners how to talk with the guest ..I had ordered a meal with coke float they didn’t informed that they font have ice cream…when the order cane it was like just a blended coke without any cream on top when i complained about the they started shouting ki “ yeh pehla customer hai jo bol raha hai sabko diya without ice” if you font have a ice that is okay. but when customer asking it and you guys treating your customers like this? one of then was “ usko bol de wapas chaiye to aisa hi milega” is the the way or language you use for your guest? pathetic staff and worst service.
